• Istanbul - DEPARTURES FROM ISTANBUL: Guests will be picked up from their hotel (or Airbnb address if parking is available) in Istanbul and transferred to the airport for their flight to Denizli. Upon arrival at Denizli Cardak Airport, a tour guide and driver will meet them at the arrival terminal exit gate and drive them to Salda Lake for a guided tour. This service is available for bookings with the ‘from-to Istanbul Hotels’ option.
• Pamukkale - DEPARTURES FROM HOTELS IN PAMUKKALE OR KARAHAYIT: The tour guide and driver will meet guests at the reception of their hotel in Pamukkale or Karahayit. They will then drive them to Salda Lake for a guided tour. This service is available for bookings with the ‘from-to Pamukkale Hotels’ option.
• Salda Golu - The main attraction is the stunning scenery with white sand and various shades of blue in the magnesium sulphate-rich water. It’s essential to bring a camera for capturing memories. Sandals are recommended due to the rough gravelly sand. The lake is surrounded by mountains and only one village, keeping it very clean.
• Keloglan Magarasi - Keloğlan Cave, located about 60 km south of Pamukkale in the village of Dodurgalar, is a captivating natural wonder known for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Named after a beloved Turkish folk character, the cave stretches 145 meters and offers a cool, humid environment believed by locals to have healing properties, especially for respiratory conditions. • Pamukkale - After visiting the Keloglan Cave, guests will stop at a local restaurant for lunch. • Pamukkale Natural Park - Pamukkale Natural Park is a must-visit destination for nature and history enthusiasts. This natural park offers experiences at the white travertines of Pamukkale, Cleopatra Pools, and the ancient city of Hierapolis, all located within Pamukkale Natural Park.

• Pamukkale Thermal Pools - After visiting the Hierapolis Ancient City, guests will have free time for about 60-75 minutes to explore the natural beauty of Pamukkale and swim in the white travertines - thermal pools. (Admission to the thermal pools is free with a ticket for Pamukkale Natural Park)
• Cleopatra Pools - Situated above the Pamukkale white travertine pools is a particularly spectacular location fed by the same hot springs. Here, guests can bathe in the same waters Cleopatra once swam in! A professionally run modern spa facility allows enjoyment of these historical healing waters. Unlike the white water of the lower pools, the Antique Pool favored by Cleopatra, Queen of Egypt, is pure, clear, warm water. Once topped by a Roman Temple to Apollo with an ornate roof supported by Doric columns, guests can imagine how Cleopatra must have experienced this in its glory days.
• Pamukkale - At the end of the tour of Salda Lake, Pamukkale Natural Park, and its surroundings, guests will be dropped back at their hotel in Pamukkale or Karahayit, depending on their pick-up location. If the ‘from-to Istanbul Hotels’ option was booked, they will be transferred to Denizli Çardak Airport for their return flight to Istanbul.
• İstanbul - Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, a driver will meet guests and transfer them to their hotel. Please note that this service is only included if the ‘from-to Istanbul Hotels’ option is selected.

If you fail to provide this information at least 48 hours prior to your trip, or if you refuse to share the required details, you will need to cancel your reservation. Otherwise, the local tour operator may apply the tour’s cancellation and refund policies, as your booking cannot be completed due to missing required information.
