Best Food Tour Ever - Amazing food tour! We were blown away with the guides, food and experience. We do these in every country we visit and this was unique. They bring you to local vendors so you try the real good stuff while putting your money in the right place.
Our time with this group made our trip. Do yourself a favor and book a tour.

Great way to start your visit - Great way to start your experience in Panama City: you get a great view of the history, a lot of information about the local population and the challenge they are working hard on it. Many, many recommendations of what to do, where to go and very importantly what to eat!

Bike tour 3 hours - Elena is a very enthousitic tourleader. The bikes are wonderful en she told a lot about how Panama has existed. We visited nice places! Will do it again!

Excellent Bike Tour Thru Panama City - My wife and I have taken a number of urban bike tours, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Paris, and Montevideo among them, and Elena’s tour of Panama City was among the very best. Her tour was distinguished by her connection to a city she clearly loves, for she not only took us around the tourist mecca of Casco Viejo, but the dilapidated neighborhood that was Casco Viejo before it was gentrified, and through her own more working-class neighborhood. Accompanied by both her brother and husband, she provided a local’s perspective of the city and guided us to places that I doubt we would have discovered on our own. An added bonus was the juice, coffee, and ceviche tastings that were part of her tour. The bikes were among the best maintained of the tours we’ve taken.

Fun ride! - The length of the tour was a little under four hours. Lots of stops and information. We enjoyed the different juices and ceviches along the way. What a nice way to spend a Tuesday!

An absolute must tour in Panama! - I’ve traveled to over 40 countries and been on countless tours, but this bike tour in Panama was truly something special — hands down one of the best tours I’ve ever taken.
What started as two strangers showing up for a bike ride turned into an unforgettable 10-hour adventure. Melena guided us all around the city with so much knowledge, passion, and genuine care. We made stops, explored hidden corners, learned so much about Panama’s history, culture, and food scene — and somehow the time just kept flying because the experience was that good.
By the end of the day, the tour group along with Melena was sharing dinner, drinks, and even celebrating Thanksgiving together !
If you’re in Panama, don’t think twice — book this tour. It’s an absolute must. I wish Melena and the Paradox company all the success in the world!

This is the top tour to do in Panama City! - If you only have time for one tour to do this is the one ! Jonathan includes History, biking, small bite tastes at food halls and a great time was had by all of us!! We bought plenty of local items and can’t wait to take them home and enjoy them.

Very urban bike tour - First of all, the tour company is a family owned company. Great, friendly and knowledgeable.
Please be advised, you need to be experienced and comfortable riding a bike in traffic. There are a lot of cars and people walking on foot which you will need to navigate thru.
I do recommend this tour, but be aware of the note above.
