Great Experiance wonderful Host - First off the host was a very wonderfully informative and nice person to be around and just great company during the whole experience. The food was very good and there was a wide variety of different types of Panamanian dishes the whole three and a half hours went by very fast in fact it was over before we knew it because of the hosts Great Entertaining abilities. It's at a private residence in the City of knowledge which is just outside the main part of Panama City, which used to be a former military base/city that's been repurposed into a beautiful area for residents. We do recommend that if you go for the evening experience that you should probably leave an hour ahead of time as rush hour traffic can be slow.

Great experience and food - This experience was all about the natural and authentic Panamanian food the experience was absolutely amazing and I most definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to know more about the Panamanian cuisine

Delicious food that delights from a gracious host! - Tanya was our host and she was amazing 👏 🤩! She made 32 different foods and drinks that were delicious and delightful. We started with street foods found around Central America and moved on to appetizers like ceviche and others, then moved to main dishes and later dessert. She also introduced drinks that were so tasty! I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to be introduced to Central American and more specifically Panamanian foods. Tanya is also a wealth of knowledge so she can provide great suggestions for places to eat, shop, and see while you are in Panama 🇵🇦.

Wonderful Experience - This was truly a one of a kind experience! I tried so many foods that I've never had before, some of them I've never heard of, and they were all very delicious and beautifully prepared! Tanya was a very welcoming host and had very engaging explanations for each dish! I learned so much about the Panamanian cuisine and culture, including all the best places to visit, I definitely recommend!

Top notch experience - Tanya was a wonderful and welcoming hostess, and we had a terrific dinner in her beautiful home. Amazing variety of typical Panamanian dishes, and Tanya gave us great explanations about each one. I would definitely recommend giving this experience a try!

Fantastic! - For starters: Anyone that is looking for a walking food tour, this is not that kind of tour.
Anyways, Tanya was amazing and very hospitable. She had a wealth of knowledge about Panamanian food and culture as well as additional Latin American food culture. We did get to try all 32 different foods and the portions were enough to feel satisfied at the end of the “tour.” It was a great experience! Tanya also has cooking classes and I’m sure that would be an amazing time. The group size is very small. You won’t be disappointed.

Do not book this tour! - The woman who host this event is from Europe she is not from Panama but have lived there for over a decade. Very nice woman, but I would not recommend this tour to anyone. The event is held in her house which is 20 minutes from the city. When you get there she offered me to leave my jacket and bag on her could which was covered in dog hair. There was a roach that was at least 3in in length crawling on the wall which she quickly grabbed the bug spray beside the table and sprayed it. The fact that she had spray ready means she knows the home is infested. The food tasted like it was made a few days prior and just warmed up. The desserts were brought out with small bugs on the plates and food so I told her I just don't like sweet things and did not eat it. If you going going to charge this much and have people travel so far the food should be fresh and your home should be clean! Save your money!
