A carefully designed safe route will be uploaded to your phone, guiding you through neighborhoods, along sidewalks, past delightful restaurants, and into the state park (entry fee of $2 applies). This 8.5-mile tour offers numerous chances to pause and take in the sights.
Within the park, capture memories at the iconic pier, make use of the many restrooms, or browse the gift shop. Be on the lookout for exotic birds, deer, dolphins, and perhaps even an alligator or two!
SELF-GUIDED TOUR:
- Ride at your own pace, whenever you choose!
- No human guide means you can stop for a meal, take a swim, or have a photoshoot!*
- Includes bike, helmet, lock, and phone mount.
- Park entry fee of $2 is not included.
The route primarily takes you through neighborhoods and along sidewalks.
E-Bikes are suitable for riders 4’11” and taller, with a minimum age of 16.
- The tour typically takes 3 hours, but you can complete it faster or slower. There’s no rush to return (unless inventory is limited), just ensure you’re back by 5 PM.
- Booking indicates consent from each member of your party to Bikes, Bagels, & Brew LLC’s rental agreement

Awesome Rental Experience! - This was an awesome rental experience and I would highly recommend them! We rented the ebikes for the day and the guided tour app was well done and informative. Ryan did a great job with his YouTube videos that you could watch at several of the stops that gave you the history of the local area. The best thing...this is a local business and I love supporting locals. If you rent for the full day wear your swim suit and bring a towel. There is a pouch on the bike that will fit 3 waters and stop at all the stops(you have plenty of time) and enjoy all the sites.

Five star ebike tour - We loved riding the ebikes around Saint Andrews State Park. Ryan was very helpful and patient as he was explaining to us how to ride the bikes and how to follow the tour. We would highly recommend this tour if you like riding bikes.

Great day out - Ryan did a great job with talking to our group about the app and the e-bike. We had a group of 6 adults in our 40-50s with no e-bike experience. We wanted to do something before our flight home and it was nice that we could adjust to our time frame. We had no issues and picked up on it quickly. We felt safe and followed the directions and got to see several great spots. We will come back and do it again and make sure we give ourselves more time to take in all the spots.

Great Time! - This was a blast of a tour! Got to some cool things, some beautiful things. The bikes are lot of fun. The tour app is fun and easy. The owner of Bike PCB is friendly and helpful. This is a great tour for anyone who wants to go on a bike tour/e-bike tour. We would definitely do it again.

Fantastic way to enjoy the park and Panama City Beach - This tour was FANTASTIC! They have 2 options of e-bikes, and Gabby took plenty of time to answer all of our questions and get us familiar with the bikes.
The app worked flawlessly. When we stopped, it pauses. It was easy to follow on directions. The app included optional videos about points of interest.
The tour route blends a good mix of information, beach, neighborhood and state park. You can keep the bikes all day, which we did. That allowed us the freedom to enjoy all the activities we wanted. I even saw a sea turtle while snorkeling!!!!!! Recommend the gaiter lake trail in St Andrews to see hundreds of nesting egrets and herons up close.
Gabby also provided us with excellent recommendations for our next leg of our travel. We were so pleased with this tour, and the services and experience, I mark it as one of the highlights of our vacation.

One of the best parts of our trip! - The e-bikes and Ryan's flawless customer service were the highlight for us! We took the tour and stopped only to ensure we were following the app guide and to take in the scenic views, but only for a few minutes. We just wanted to ride, ride, ride. So much fun. We drove from Destin to PCB to do this activity, and it was more than worth the hour drive to get to PCB. This was a stormy few days in Destin and PCB, so weather almost kept us from experiencing this, but so glad Ryan communicated personably and thoroughly and was very accommodating, pushing our outing to another day while we were in town and we got to enjoy this activity in the beautiful sun. We will definitely do this again when we come back to the area and will suggest Bike PCB to our friends and family. Worth every dollar!

Top Notch Bike tour experience - Such a fun experience! We did the self-guided cruiser bike tour. The shop is easy to locate with plenty of parking. Ryan did an excellent job of setting us up with our bicycles and everything we needed for the day. My teenage daughter and I make a point to rent bikes in every city and country that we visit. This was hands down the best experience we’ve had in regards to the value, services received, and thoughtfulness Ryan has put into the experience.
What we received/did: cruiser bicycle with large basket, bike lock included, and cell phone mount. We also received access to an app that provided excellent navigation instructions as well as points of interest along the route. Ryan has informational videos along the route. Admittedly, we did not watch the videos during our ride, but I watched them later at home and really enjoyed the extra detail and knowledge about the area.
Tips: I wish I had brought my portable charger. I was worried the gps app would drain my battery, so we skipped the videos. Also, my daughter didn’t download the app and just followed me. I think it would have been more beneficial for her to have the guidance and be able to hear the guide on her own.
TLDR: 100% recommend!! If we’re ever back in PCB, we would definitely do this again.
