Dolphins, Sunset, and a Lightning Storm - My husband and I went on the dolphin and sunset tour and loved it. The captain, Clay, warned us before boarding that there was a high chance for rain while on the tour and we were given the option to continue on as scheduled, reschedule or get a refund. We chose to continue as scheduled. It did rain for about 20 minutes but then thankfully cleared up and we were able to see a beautiful sunset as well as a storm off in the distance in the opposite direction. We got awesome pictures of the sunset and lightning. We also had several dolphin sightings. I would highly recommend this tour.

Good way to end our vacation - It was a nice way to end our vacation. The crew (Captain Heath, Carter, and Sarah) were very engaging and took great care of everyone. We saw dolphins, a pretty sunset, and some deer.

Sunset relaxation treatment. - Relaxing and fun. The dolphins are beautiful. The host and helpers were attentive to this group. Even going back to shore the city lights with sunset behind them was beautiful.

Crew should have better control of their cruises! - This was our second time booking this trip within the past year. I'm so angry with our experience on the boat last night, 6/16/25. We took the 6:30 sunset cruise. Let me start by saying that the marina is easy to get to and the amenities are new and comfortable. The boat was clean and well kept, the crew Chris, Audra and Emma were great. We hit on a huge pod of dolphins right at the mouth of the pass, and even got to see a baby and a dolphin showing us his belly. The drinks served on the boat were good (the ones at the check in area, not as much), the captain was friendly and kept the commentary going, and the girls checked on us several times. Any other time, I would have left a great review. HOWEVER!!! Before I booked, I sent a facebook message asking a question... they read it, and I got no response. THEN... There was a youth baseball team on board our cruise... 40 people all together. 10-12ish year old boys, parents, siblings, coaches. And they were AWFUL! (Looking at you, Express baseball team and parents!) Screaming (OMG THE SCREAMING), up all over the boat, stepping on feet, crowding people, standing/crowding in the nets at the front of the boat where no one seated behind/around them could see, pouring bottles of water on each other, pushing each other. I couldn't turn around in my seat to see the dolphins because of being crowded, and one of the kids was horsing around and hit my drink... causing it to spill all over my shorts. And the parents didn't correct a single one of them or remind them to be respectful. You would think being a travel ball team, they would be way more disciplined. My kids played travel ball, and I know how firm their coaches were with behavior expectations when representing the organization. Instead, these people took photos and videos like it was cute. (Spoiler alert: no one else on that boat thought it was cute.) Everyone else on the boat was getting upset and exchanging eyerolls with vomplete strangers and no one was smiling, having paid $50 per ticket for this cruise. Yeah, kids will be kids and were having a good time... but kids also require guidance. There was NONE, and therefore those in this party were the only ones enjoying themselves. They ruined what should have been fun for everyone with their behavior. Emma gave us a free drink and said she felt bad, because the crew was irritated as well. We were the last ones off the boat, and the crew stopped us and apologized again since we had been seated closest to the nonsense. We appreciated that, but I feel like those of us who were front and center to this behavior should have been offered a return trip another night. I paid $150+ for my husband, son and I to not be able to see or hear anything, or even really enjoy the whole experience. I also wish the crews would discourage this kind of behavior by asking everyone to sit/return to seats, limit the number of people allowed in the nets at once/limit the time each person can sit there to give others a chance, or even just give a reminder to be respectful of those around you when large groups behave this way. Yes, those parents and coaches should have been in control of their kids and failed miserably, but ultimately the crew needs to be in charge of their cruise. They were permissive, and that's a problem. We won't return.
EDITED TO ADD: I also reached out to Island Time, and they have been very prompt in responding, apologizing, and offering a resolution. Bumping my rating from a 2 to a 4. Thank you, management!

Loud group - Was excited for grandchildren to experience their first sunset cruise. However, there was a group of, I think, of a baseball team of boys maybe ages of 10-12. They were very loud the entire cruise…. Screamed when seeing a dolphin, sang and talked loudly…. I’m all for a good time but felt like their parents could have asked them to tone it down…. I felt like their loudness was disrespectful of others….like us….who booked the sunset cruise for a more relaxing experience. This group of parents / team probably should have booked a private tour. My family and I were disappointed.
