• Shell Island - Following a brief safety and ride briefing, participants will embark on an exhilarating journey through St. Andrews Bay. If the weather allows, the tour will venture into the Gulf of Mexico in search of wildlife. Dolphins are the highlight, but sea turtles, manatees, rays, fish, crabs, and more are often spotted during the tour. Returning to the bay, there is usually a pause at Shell Island.

This untouched barrier island offers an ideal spot to relax for a few moments before setting off on a personal adventure. For those who prefer a leisurely pace, there is the option to stroll along the powdery white sands or swim in the clear emerald waters.

As the tour concludes, the group will reconvene for one last ride across the bay, returning to the starting point in Panama City.

The Shell Island Dolphin Tour in Panama City Beach offers the only partially guided jet ski experience in the area. Upon arrival and check-in, the knowledgeable staff will provide safety and trip instructions. Once on the water, participants will embark on an exhilarating journey through the emerald waters of St. Andrews Bay.

If the weather allows, the tour will venture into the Gulf of Mexico in search of wildlife. While dolphins are the main highlight, visitors may also encounter sea turtles, manatees, rays, fish, and crabs.

The tour will then return to the bay side of Shell Island for a brief pause. The untouched beaches of Shell Island offer an ideal spot to relax before continuing the adventure. At this point, guests can explore independently.

During this time, guests can choose to continue riding their jet ski, stroll along the beach, or swim in the bay. With approximately 15 minutes left, guests will regroup and follow the guide back across the bay.

• Kids Must be at least 6 years old to participate
• 18+ to operate Jet Ski
• Each rider must complete a liability waiver. Please do this prior to arrival.
• All riders MUST be able to swim
• All Operators born after January 1st of 1988 must possess a Florida Boaters Safety Card. This test can be found on the website policies page. Please complete this prior to arrival.
• All participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to tour time
• Riders who arrive late and cannot complete check in process and pre ride instructions before tour time will not ride and will not be refunded.
• A $250 refundable deposit will be taken upon arrival on a debit or credit card
• The combined weight of passengers must be less than 350 lb.
• This excursion is for ONE jet ski for up to 2 people. A second jet ski can be booked in a separate reservation.
• Participants must be able to fully understand and follow safety instructions in English without the aid of translation tools
• All drivers must possess a valid drivers license. An ID is not sufficient
