Great Adventure on Wheels! - David was so kind, helpful, and full of information about Panama. We took breaks when needed and he explained the history of Panama at each stop. We would definitely do this again.

"Fun, Scenic, and Worth Every Pedal!" - I had an amazing time on this bike tour! It was such a fun and unique way to explore the city. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the ride feel really safe and enjoyable, even for someone like me who doesn't bike often. The route had beautiful views and interesting stops along the way. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting – it’s a great mix of exercise, sightseeing, and learning!

Great experience - The bike tour was amazing and not only provided awesome views, but a great workout as well haha the tour guide was amazing and provided rich history of Panama which I really appreciated. I will do it again.

We had a nice time, and... - We had a nice time, and the guide was great. The bike was excellent. But the website should worn against small children and particularly elderly folks, unless they are exceptionally fit.. The nine-year-old on our ride was barely big enough for his bike. The 81-year-old man couldn’t handle the heat, and we had to cut the ride short. The website should worn about the extreme heat.

Great way to get oriented! - Excellent tour, informative and a great way to get oriented to Panama City. Lovely ride on the causeway, dedicated bike lane with excellent views of the city and old town. Our guide David recommended the local seafood market for lunch after, delicious food at “local” prices.

Lots of fun and just what the body needs - Maybe bring a bottle of water but you will get a chance to stop at a store. I enjoyed every minute!!

A highlight of a trip to Panama - David was on time, thoroughly prepared, knowledgeable & helpful in every way. Most importantly, he was flexible, which made the experience a complete success. The heat & humidity was extreme, & the biking was more challenging than we had done in years. David worked with the schedule, the route options,& the equipment to make everything doable. He could easily have cut the trip short, but instead made everything possible. We recommend this experience in every way.

Great Bike Tour! - Had an awesome time on this bike tour! David was very knowledgeable and professional. I learned so much about Panama’s history. The bike path was easy to navigate. I enjoyed seeing both Panama City and the Old Town. I also enjoyed stopping at a few churches along the way. I highly recommend trying this tour even if you’re not a regular biker!

Very worthwhile! - Very informative and we really enjoyed the day. Seeing the city by bike is a quick way to orientate yourself with the city and old town. If you come during the rainy season be prepared to get wet. However within an hour or so we were dry again and it all seemed to add to the experience. Make sure you eat at the local fish market as it is a unique experience. We had a great time and I highly recommend David.

Evening bike tour - Great information, and enjoyed the stops. Affordable no frills tour. David is very knowledgeable. Also appreciated his flexibility, after we arrived late. I Missed having a helmet but Stayed on bike/ walking trail for most of tour. Also bring your own water. Water is not included
