A great tour to see Panama City in a day - We had a fantastic tour of Panama with Jennifer as our guide. She was truly delightful and showed us every corner of the city. Our tour lasted longer because of a ship coming into the Panama canal in the afternoon She was very conscientious and knowledgeable
My husband is a little bit disabled and she went out of her way to make things easier for him
If I could I would give her and the tour a 10

An Experience Not To Be Missed. - This is an experience not to be missed. We went to all the planned locations and a few hidden gems. The canal is a marvelous sight in engineering. If you're lucky to see a ship in the locks you'll never forget it.

A wonderful guide, a great experience, an excellent value! - Juan Carlos was an excellent guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered my wife and me a wonderful private tour of Panama City. He met us at our hotel in Casco Viejo and tailored the experience to our interests taking into account that we had already seen some of the sights independently. His English was superb, and he was mindful of some mobility limitations. His tour was the highlight of our 11-day cruise plus an add on stay in Panama City. A wonderful guide, a great experience, and an excellent value.

During our 12-hour... - During our 12-hour layover in Panama City on our way from Ecuador to Türkiye, my colleagues and I decided to make the most of our time—and we’re so glad we did! I booked my tour just one day before arrival (which I wouldn’t necessarily recommend), but everything worked out perfectly. Our fantastic guide, Jorge, was right there waiting for us, ready to start the adventure on time.
We had an amazing 5-hour tour that was perfectly planned and straight to the point, allowing us to experience the best of the city without feeling rushed. Thanks to Jorge’s warm smile, great energy, and incredible knowledge, we left with unforgettable memories. We truly appreciate his enthusiasm and kindness, and we hope our paths cross again someday!

Look no further! - Reuben was an excellent English speaking and knowledgeable guide. We were fortunate to have booked this tour early am upon arrival to Panama City. Picked up promptly despite the National Parade from our hotel. Reuben knowing the Canal movie schedule, got us there in time for the showing. From there, we zipped around and saw all the highlights. It was a perfect private car tour in his Kia. Professional. Responsible. Knowledgeable. Communicated well. Fair priced. Definitely better than trying to figure it out on our own. Thank you.

Late and Not Private - Our driver was 45 minutes late with no contact to us and when we got in the van there was a family of 5 already in the van when our tour was supposed to be private.

Less than impressed. - Average tour. Most places are a drive bye. Walking tour of Casco Viejo is more to go to the hat shop to spend money so the tour guide gets a little kick back. Tour guide totally skipped the Bridge and photo opportunity. His car was personal and old. Air conditioning worked mediocre. Changed the pickup time the morning of the tour. We departed two hours later than expected. When he dropped us at the hotel he didn’t even exit the car to shake my hand. If he was expecting a tip too bad. Next time say a proper good bye. Less than impressed with Viator and the people they contract with.
