It’s a great tour if you... - It’s a great tour if you want to get some customization. You can spend as little or as much time in one spot given the amount of time you are given overall. Guide was knowledgeable and we were able to pick and choose what we wanted to do.

Private Panama City Tour. - Nicolas was a great guide getting us to everywhere we needed to be. We even got to see a ship go through the Panama Canal which was great. It was a rainy day but that did not spoil our trip. The day was even better as it was just my husband and i so felt like we got a great experience. Thank you Nicolas

Great half day tour of Panama City! - Great half day tour covering all the key highlights of Panama City!
Pick up from airport was smooth and went straight to sightseeing with our guide Nicolás and then after we’re done dropped off at our hotel.
If you have only a few hours or stopping over for one day in Panama then this is the tour you want to take!

A perfect day tour - my guide Angel picked me up on time in a very clean car. He offered me a very professional tour knows all details and could answer my questions. I got a brilliant impression of Panama and he included my special wishes of points of interest in his tour. His English was very good.

An Unforgettable Tour of Panama City with Mr. G! - My husband and I went on a tour of Panama City’s main attractions during our first visit, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mr. G, our tour guide, was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—especially about the history of the Panama Canal. We learned so much throughout the day!
He knew all the best spots and took some amazing photos of us that we’ll treasure forever. His passion for Panama and attention to detail truly made the tour special.
We highly recommend this tour—and especially Mr. G—as your guide. He was absolutely fantastic!

Great Day in Panama!!! - Raull was very personable with lots of personality. He was punctual and took us to all of the places that were advertised. He allowed ample time for shopping and stayed with us to provide translations.
Would be helpful to know movie times at the Imax so as to maximize time there. Overall it was a good tour.

have traveled all over the world, this was the worst tour - We have been taking tours with Viator all over the world and sad to say that this was the worst.
Firstly of all communication was lousy to begin with, messaged our guide days before without a reply until just before our arrival . On the day that our tour was to begin, our guide, Angel, made it clear that he was not impressed with Americans, We are a smiley happy bunch who were deflated by our unfriendly greeting... and subsequent grumpy tour. We don’t think that Angel cracked a smile the entire day. But what he did do was spend any spare minute on his phone texting. The whole day we felt like we were burdens, interfering with his texting plans. He gave yes and no answers to questions and seemed irritated when we asked. Information on Viator said that bottled water was included, there was never an offer of anything to drink. When angel revealed to us that this was his business, we were utterly shocked, because never, in any city, have any our party dealt with such a surly guide. He ruined our one and only day in Panama City.
