• Panama Marine Adventures - The check-in location is at Flamenco Marina, situated on the final island of the Amador Causeway. It is conveniently located next to the Panama sign and behind the Duty-Free Shop.

The tour commences at Flamenco Marina, where guests will board the Pacific Queen and embark towards the Panama Canal’s entrance on the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the stunning views of the Bay of Panama and the magnificent skyline of Panama City before passing beneath the Bridge of the Americas.

• Bridge of the Americas - This road bridge in Panama spans the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal. Designed by Sverdrup & Parcel, it was completed in 1962 at a cost of US$20 million, linking the North and South American continents.
• Panama Canal - The partial transit tour of the Panama Canal begins as the Pacific Queen enters the Miraflores. The journey continues into Miraflores Lake, a small artificial freshwater lake that separates Miraflores from Pedro Miguel Locks. The Pacific Queen then enters Pedro Miguel Locks, the second set of locks on the Pacific side, where the vessel is elevated 9 meters in a single step. Upon exiting Pedro Miguel Locks, guests can view the new Centennial Bridge, which spans the Canal.

The tour proceeds into the southern end of the Gailard Cut, where the Chagres River merges with the Canal. The Gailard Cut, also known as Culebra Cut due to its snake-like curves, is a highlight for visitors because it was carved through the Continental Divide and is rich in history and geological significance.

• Centennial Bridge - The Centennial Bridge in Panama is a significant bridge crossing the Panama Canal. It was constructed to alleviate congestion on the Bridge of the Americas and to serve as the new route for the Pan-American Highway. Opened in 2004, it became the second permanent crossing of the canal.

The tour concludes with disembarkation at the Gamboa Dredging Division, where guests will board motor coaches for a 45-minute return journey to Flamenco Marina.
