d.) Swimming is an optional activity to discuss with your guide, weather permitting. The cost for additional time is not included and will be negotiated individually. Any entrance fees for swimming locations, if applicable, are not included. Please bring swimwear to change out of your “blue jeans,” cowboys and cowgirls, and also pack a day bag with sunscreen, a cap/hat, insect repellent, water shoes or hiking footwear, and your own towels.
e.) A stop for a Panamanian-style lunch at a restaurant along the route is included, but the lunch cost is not part of the tour package.
e.1) If choosing the Altos de Cerro Azul option, the return trip to town will begin at 11:30 am, with an expected arrival around 1 pm.
e.2) For the El Valle de Antón option, departure will be at 1:30 pm (unless extra time is requested) to avoid lane inversion on the Bridge of the Americas during the return journey.

Horse riding duration: Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Dress Code: Please wear hiking boots, jeans or long pants, and bring swimwear and a towel in a light daypack or bag.
Inclusions: This excursion package includes a morning coffee stop and lunch on the return journey. Swimming is optional (weather permitting), but additional time and entrance fees for swimming spots, ziplining, or other tourist attractions are not included in our price.
