Stress-Free Airport Transfer with Exceptional Service - We had an excellent experience with the Private Transfer Tocumen Airport - Old Town (Casco Viejo) service. From start to finish, the company was proactive and clear in their communication, providing detailed instructions on where to go and what to expect upon arrival in Panama. They also made it easy to arrange our return trip, which gave us great peace of mind. Our driver, Marcos, was fantastic! He was easy to find at the airport, super friendly, and very accommodating. My mom, who had a broken leg and was using a walking boot and knee scooter, had no trouble thanks to his help. He managed to fit the knee scooter along with all our luggage without any issue. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to Panama. It takes the stress out of trying to find reliable transportation in a new place, especially if you’re worried about a language barrier. Marcos and the team made the whole process seamless and enjoyable.

My new go-to for transfers! - I’m writing this review for my airport to hotel transfer as well as my ride back to airport and additional hotel transfer. Amber Moon is now my go-to service when I’m in Panama. They provided great communication and friendly service. There was a small snafu with roads being blocked and I was dropped off a small block away from my hotel. Without me saying anything they refunded me because they felt they didn’t provide the level of service they want to always provide. Wow! I immediately booked my next two rides with them and am happy I did so. Yes, cabs and Uber are available many places but I like knowing my ride will be ready when I am and the service will be top notch.

Smooth pickup and drop off - Driver was waiting for us upon arrival and helped load and unload bags. Gave us recommendations and some historic background about the area were staying in, and provided tips for visiting the canal.

Over the moon at how great this service is. - This was the start of our trip and it was perfect. Marco is fantastic, on time, the van was so clean. Was not sure if we would have Marco the whole trip and we did. He brought us smoothly to and from Punta Chame and also back to the airport from the city our last day. I actually started to tear up a bit when he left us at the airport. I trusted a previous review and am so glad I did. Transport in Panama is tough and tricky, Amber Moon made it so easy. Trust with confidence that this is a great service.

Fantastic car service in Panama - Amber Moon was fantastic and a life saver for us. They were super nice and super helpful. We used them twice during our trip. They helped us find good places to eat, cool places to see and even helped us get Canal tickets. The drivers spoke English and were great. 100% you should use them to help get you around Panama.

Three days in fabulous Panama. - Our driver Rene met us at the airport and took us to our hotel in the Old Town (Casco Viejo). The following day, he took us on a four hour tour to the Canal and to the Sloth Sanctuary. Then on the third day his son delivered us safely back to the airport for our next flight to Brazil. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of information along the way. Very good service.

A little confusing on... - A little confusing on where to meet up as we arrived in Terminal 1, but were told to meet the driver in terminal 2. The driver was friendly and drove well. He got us to exactly where we needed to go in a timely manner.
