Highly recommended! - We booked a San Blas tour with San Blas Dreams and it was an amazing experience. The islands are truly beautiful, the organization was smooth, and everything went as planned. The highlight for us was also visiting a Guna community, a very special and authentic moment.

Relax on an authentic island - Very friendly local staff who were always helpful and happy to talk to one. Delicious and sumptuous food. Clean beach and crystal clear water. Here you can enjoy it very well and enjoy the holiday completely.

San Blas - Pelicano island - We went in pelicano island in August 2025, in family. It's wonderful !! A unique and authentic experience you need to live !!! The staff is so kind. The meals are very good, fresh fish !! Everything was great !

Relaxing Island Atmosphere - Great Trip! The island is cozy and quiet. The huts are right next to the water and they are also building brand new ones. The staff is super polite and even the food is fine (fresh fish). Totally recommended for one or two nights.

San blas dreams agency to pelican island - total deception - have to highlight how bad this trip was regarding service! Starting with the taxi driver - really rude, not polite, he didn’t turn on air conditioning and did first stop in a dirty and unhealthy place! It was a shame. I was concerned about my wife security there. Definitely is not a place for tourists, it was a About the boat tour! We pay for 04 places to go, we went only 2! And we needed to wait 1h after arriving at port, a total confuse and mass place. Take money with you to pay to use the bathroom! At Pelican Island we found dirty! So bad food ! And the natural polls are small and no fishes or corals to see!! In summary it was a total deception and a fraud regarding experience offered.

Agency does not comply: no real services and we do not visit all the islands - ENGLISH: San Blas is really worth it, it is a beautiful place, but unfortunately our experience with this agency was very negative. We hired an agency to facilitate the experience, otherwise we would have organized it directly at the port. Very bad Service, zero organization and no real customer service. This agency only serves as transportation to the port; other than that, it offers nothing. Upon arrival, the guide Guna only worried about collecting and did not return the exchange until we insisted several times. He did not give us any information about the itinerary of the day: we did not know which islands we would visit or how long we would be on each. During the tour, our boat was the only one that did not have a ladder to climb from the water in the natural pools, while everyone else had that equipment. They left us in Diablo Island without any explanation about the next day. The inhabitants only took care of the accommodation and knew nothing about the tour. When we wrote to the agency’s WhatsApp to ask about the timeline, we received a rude and automatic response saying that “the population is simple.” We just wanted to know the schedules so we could prepare! In the end, we were picked up at 15:00 only to return to the port, without visiting Isla Perro, which was right next door. Unfortunate. We even wanted to spend one more night, but we didn’t make it because of local communication difficulties and lack of support from the agency. When we contacted the agency via WhatsApp to ask about the schedule, we received a rude and automatic reply saying, “the population is simple.” We just wanted to know the times to be able to prepare! In the end, we were picked up at 3:00 p.m. just to go back to the port — we never visited Isla Perro, which was right next to where we were staying. Truly disappointing. We even wanted to stay one more night, but it wasn’t possible due to the local communication challenges and the agency’s complete lack of support.
