Utilizing the Australian method, diamonds here are found in an olivine lamproite pipe. The diamond grade ranges from 13 carats per thousand hectares to 6 carats per thousand hectares. Observing the diamond selection process is a remarkable experience. The ores are crushed, screened, and jiggled, then the concentrate is spread on secure ground, where diamonds are handpicked.
