The most beautiful and peaceful place. - It's the most beautiful place. In all of my travels, I have never been to a place so peaceful, breathtaking, and relaxing. To step out of the room right into the hot springs is like a dream. The views are just picturesque.
The resort is wonderful, the food was fantastic and it just melts all the stress.

Relax! - What a great relaxing tour!
You start off with a really nice walk in the woods and next to the river, birdwatching, trout watching, rabbits… then you just enjoy and relax in this amazing thermal baths. 100% worth it after a full day excursion the day before.
Thanks to our guide Ernesto who helped us swing and identifying all sort of birds!

Great hot springs experience - The entire hot springs experience was wonderful, even in the rain!
Irene was our tour guide and Julio was our driver and they both were the best. Julio got us up and down the mountain safely, and Irene was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. She informed us about the volcanoes and the hot springs and made everyone feel welcome. She recommended a great lunch where we shared good food and conversation about your country. Irene is a great ambassador for Ecuador. She deserves a raise!

The ride to the thermal was a scenic experience. Carlos gave us information about Ecuador and Quito, and he answered all our questions. We had a great time.

Highly recommended! - Tour very well organized, planned to the last detail, and with spectacular activities. It’s not just going to the hot springs, it’s learning about the region where it’s located (moorland), trying a local restaurant, and in my case, accompanying the Easter plan of the quiteños and Ecuadorians in general.

Relaxing and Incredible! - We had a great trip! The car ride to Papallacta was informative and we learned so much about Ecuador! We got a chance to have a few photo stops as well! The experiences in Papallacta was soooo beautiful, and I’d highly recommend the private spa pools after trying both! Our guide was kind and flexible! The tour only had our little group, and the tour guide was great about adding in little pieces to the trip based on what we liked! My mom owns a chocolate company, and so he added a few little stops to some popular chocolate companies in Ecuador! He also made a stop on the way home for my partner to grab some of his favorite food in a town we were passing through!
Truly, this company wants you to have the best experience, and they put in maximum effort! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

A few hours of relaxation in hot spring waters - A lovely few hours to relax at the end of a mammouth trip. Carlos was mine and another travellers guide and picked us up in the car navigating through the Quito traffic and roads to palpallachata which is about 60 to 90mins away. Opted out of the hike as it was a bit cold and feeling the alltitude. Decided to upgrade to the spa rather than the public pools and had a massage. You can use the public pools but you will have to walk between them if you want too. Stopped by the lake on the way home for a few minutes.
