This was our very first diving experience ever. None of us had dived before, so we were excited but a little nervous. From the very first moment we contacted the center, we were treated with warmth, patience, kindness, and outstanding professionalism, which immediately put us at ease. A special thank you to the receptionist, who helped us the day before with the registration process. The registration was quite detailed and intensive, especially for a family, but she guided us through everything patiently, answered all our questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. When we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe, especially our children. We were welcomed with fresh fruit and drinks, and every member of the staff treated us with genuine care. A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and supportive throughout the day. Her positive attitude made learning to dive feel easy and enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Asia, the lead instructor, whose professionalism, calm guidance, and expertise gave us confidence from beginning to end. As complete beginners, we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. She taught us so much and supported us every step of the way. We would also like to thank Pascal, who stayed by our side throughout the experience. He was there to assist, but he provided constant reassurance and stayed with us until the very end, helping us feel safe and confident. A very special thank you to Charlie, the photographer. The €70 we paid was worth so much more. Charlie was incredibly professional, patient, and talented. He ensured every member of our family was captured, creating beautiful memories, and even helped with equipment and supported our kids—far beyond his role. His kindness truly stood out. Learning to dive for the first time can be challenging, especially with children, but the Cydive team supported us every step of the way—from registration, training, the dive itself, and helping with equipment. We felt supported the entire time. We’ve traveled to many places, but the level of service, patience, professionalism, and genuine care we received here was truly extraordinary. Thank you for turning our first-ever dive into one of the most memorable moments of our family vacation. We’ll never forget it.
