Join us for our 3 part experience- briefing, skills and open water dive!
- The briefing includes all the information you need to know for a great dive. Including equalizing, hand signals and the skills which you will be doing and how your equipment works.
- Jump in the pool and take your first breath underwater! Practice using the equipment and conquer the basic skills. Dive down to the deep end of our training pool to practice swimming around.
- Head to our training dive site The Roman Wall and experience the amazing underwater world. Just a short walk from our dive centre this shore dive is the perfect place for beginner divers. Discover ancient Roman Amphorae, lost anchors and possibly green sea turtles (April-October)!
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a link from our team, this link allows you to access the Discover Scuba Diving eLearning product. (This must be complete prior to the activity!)
After the dive your instructor will help you to fill in your first dive in the digital logbook!

Scuba diving provides unparalleled experiences that no other sport can offer. The Discover Scuba Diving program is a half-day experience designed for beginners!
The journey begins as soon as you decide to book! Upon booking, you will receive a link to the eLearning product, which includes all the necessary information about the program.
Your PADI instructors will guide you in becoming familiar with your scuba equipment and prepare you for your first underwater breath.
Soon, you’ll find yourself in our pool, practicing a few basic skills, and then heading into the sea for your first open water dive.
Your initial dive will take place at our training dive site, Roman Wall. It is safe and straightforward, with a maximum depth of 6 meters, featuring a sloping descent line for added comfort. This underwater playground is perfect for all divers, where you can explore Roman Amphorae, ancient anchors, and encounter stunning marine life like octopuses and green turtles.
