Known as Aphrodite’s legendary birthplace, Petra tou Romiou features an intriguing geological formation of large rocks along one of the island’s most stunning coastlines. The journey continues with a visit to Kourion, one of the island’s most remarkable archaeological sites. This Greco-Roman site boasts a semi-circular seating area overlooking the sea. The next destination is Kolossi Castle, a Crusader-era fortress surrounded by blooming plants and a picturesque courtyard. Afterward, board the air-conditioned bus to Fini village for lunch at a local tavern. The tour proceeds to the mountain-encircled village of Omodos, where a guided walk through the village awaits. Finally, enjoy a tasting of traditional Cypriot wine at a local winery before returning to the resorts.
