Upon arrival, Potter/Instructor Karl Burnett introduces the grounds and shares his journey as a ceramic artist. In the workshop, Karl explains the fundamentals of pottery “hand building” techniques and demonstrates creating various shapes on the potter’s wheel. Now, it’s your opportunity to get hands-on with the clay! Try your skills at the potter’s wheel or handcraft your own masterpiece! After the enjoyable clay activities, Karl guides you through his outdoor wood-fired kiln and tropical garden.
