- You do not need a lift ticket for children under 4 years old, but please make sure to inform us if you are coming with one.

To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 06:00 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket. The ticket gives access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.

What a way to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday! - What a great way to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday! Tried foods I’ve never tried and we really enjoyed it. The staff was great! The views were amazing. The food was unbelievably breath taking. Highly recommend.

Eiffel Tower Meal - C’est incredible! - Food was eclectic and delicious. Several choices from the prix fixe menu to please anyone. Wait staff was attentive and personable. Totally enjoyed the experience!

Get there at least an... - Get there at least an hour early. You will have to pass through security. There is a limited menu, but food is delicious. They are very well organized. Overall a wonderful experience.

Special celebration - Fabulous experience: good food and nice wine, perhaps could have been spaced out a little, but 2 hours goes quickly. Expert and friendly waiter made for a once in a lifetime experience.

Bring food for children as the kids menu is the same fine dining as the adults - We had an amazing time, however we did go with our 5 year old son and his menu was the same as the adults, so luckily we bought a lot of snacks and he filled up on the bread rolls! One of the menu items actually had lobster as part of the dish, but this wasn’t stated, which was a bit of a surprise when we ordered it for our son (who hasn’t had shell fish yet so we couldn’t give it to him anyway), other than that, the food was great, the service was prompt and friendly. The photographer was good fun.

Overpriced - Good. Excellent service. Just a bit Overpriced. However my biggest surprise was a wine top up! The food was also original and good.

Bad experience - The check in process was terrible. Had to go thru security then to get a lift ticket then security again Lines in each areas took about one hour to get thru the process getting to table 30 minutes late. Rushed thru dinner turned lights up at 8:30 to basically to tell you to leave.

Waste of money - We plan to request a refund. This was a disaster - unlike all the other tours.
First of all…the carpeting in the dining area was filthy.
Secondly….we were served a half glass of champagne. We asked for a little more…The server was rude and said “Non”.
When meal wss being distributed (not served) the table next to the window was not being used. We politely asked to move - again “Non”.
I won’t embarrass you anymore and hope you do not post this. We had 3 great tours before this waste of money!

Ripoff! Save your money! - Tourist trap. Food was mediocre at best. Dry, overcooked fish, lukewarm veal with cold vegetable garnish and cooking school desserts. Carpet was FILTHY! Unacceptable in any business, but especially in a restaurant! Servers and doorman were topnotch. Plus, your pricy reservation does not allow you access to the top of the Eiffel Tower. That’s extra.
