Not exactly as advertised - We booked thinking it's a tour from start to finish. You are assembled to collect tickets and left to tour the tower on your own and the 4hour is not for one activity after the other. Once you are done with the tower in your own time. No guide to explain to you the history etc. You then decide whether to go on cruise that day or another day. You also decide whether to go on bus tour that day or another day. The booking for us was 11:15am and the bus tour starts everyday at 16:30pm. A lot of things not communicated well. The cruise was nice, even the bus tour. Just the communication could have been better.

I recommend this bus/boat survey of Paris. - Matthieu was very knowledgeable, and had such impressive multi-lingual skills. Our bus tour route was excellent--comprehensive--and the audio-guide information was funny and educational, though it was inconvenient for those without a charged-up smart-phone (I had to share my wife's headphones in order for us both to experience the narration). The boat cruise was a lot of fun.

Easy way to get to the top of the Eiffel Tower! - It was great to skip the line to get to the top of the Eiffel Tower!! It was difficult finding the meeting spot. The tour was great however, it all seemed like something you could feasibly do yourself. There wasn’t that much extra information of the history from the guide. It was more of an entry ticket/line skip and boat ride.

Paid for upgrade not received - they promised entry for summit as part of total price and did not deliver. We had to purchase our entry to summit during tour.

Terrible trio in Paris - This tour was not what we expected of Viator. The Eiffel Tower guide was nice but not very knowledgeable on the history of the tower. She then said she would wait for our group while we went to the third floor of the tower but she disappeared and left us on the 2nd floor. The bus tour was worse. Broken bus door, homeless sleeping on the bus downstairs, dirty seats, dirty windows up the top that impeded taking photos. App was not reliable. Guide was inaudible announcing the locations. The traffic was terrible so there was not enough time to do the boat ride in one day as expected. We hopped off the bus early because it was so bad. No one was using the app it was so bad. Boat ride today was better thankfully. Not worth the $465 we paid.

Extremely disappointed - You are basically on your own. We booked the Eiffel Tower/Seine River Cruise/Bus Tour through Viator, thinking we would have guided tours. Instead, we met near the Tower, where the Paris City Vision “guide” gave us tickets for the river cruise. Cruises leave every half hour and are audio guided. We were given a QR code to access this, but it didn’t work. We were then supposed to come back for the bus tour. She led us to the Tower and gave us tickets, and left. There was a very long line getting up to the Tower. We were so late getting to the Tower that we did not have time to do both the cruise and bus tour. (Our tour started at 6:15, and the last bus tour started at 10.) We should not have been able to book a tour that late since it is nearly impossible to complete all three events in the limited amount of time. We walked to the river and the line for the cruise was so long. Our tickets just got us a spot in a very long line. When we finally got on the bus, the “guide” pointed out to Arc de Triomphe, the opera house, and Moulin Rouge. Otherwise he hardly said a word about what we were passing, even though there were some very impressive appearing buildings. In addition, when he did talk, most of the time his microphone didn’t work so we could not hear him anyway. We were told we could return the next day for the river cruise but we were leaving town the next morning. So very disappointed. Thought we would get guided tours by a real guide and that we would be able to complete all 3 activities that we paid for. Technical difficulties with the QR code and the microphone on the bus very frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I WOULD.

Horrible do not book this tour - The company Viator booked with was awful. They gave wrong meeting place information twice and I missed the tour as a result even though I show up early. Called them on the phone and they told me. I need to call the what app number which is the exact number she answered the phone on. They tried to send picture of a place then erase the what’s app message to cover their second mistake. Will be asking for my money back as they were completely unorganized and incompetent they are Paris City Vision. I never had a problem with Viator until now. I am hoping Viator will issue me a refund as the tour company Paris.city vision’s incompetence lead to me missing what I paid for. I will update again once I see how they will resolve this.

Negative experience - Unfortunately, we had to have a negative experience with Paris City Vision. After our daughter had pneumonia we had to cancel our trip to Paris as well as the booked tour. As stated in the terms and conditions of Paris City Vision, we did the same via the contact form. The terms and conditions also clearly state that telephone is not permitted. It's like we canceled a week before the tour. After 3 days we have cancelled again by contact form as we have not received a confirmation. On the day of the tour we were contracted via whatsapp because of meeting point. On it we wrote that we have cancelled after all. The reaction to that was, we didn't get a cancellation, did you get photos of the cancellation? Of course, we didn’t photograph the process like probably most, which Paris City Vision is probably clear. Then it was said that only if we can't prove the cancellation we won't get our money back. On our notice in the terms and conditions it would be clear that we had to use the form it said we could have called yes (although in the terms and conditions it says that this is not allowed). Unfortunately, our suggestion to receive at least one voucher for our next visit to Paris was then no longer responded to. It is a shame that you deal with customers like this even though the given contact form was used and there may be problems with the system of Paris City Vision. We are very disappointed and will certainly no longer book with Paris City Vision which are not cheap anyway, have found in retrospect that there are cheaper providers where you can cancel directly in the system without filling in a "contact form" for which you have no proof and then it can be claimed you did not fill it in/wrongly filled it in or anything else So unfortunately, we only have the negative experience, the cost of stretching you sit without service and the advice to other Paris visitors to be careful when booking and canceling
