Great fun for mom and daughter trip - This was a busy local bakery, so you knew it would be good! Our "guide" was so great. She was charming, friendly, informative, patient, and funny. We started by learning about the flour and dough, then went on to shape the baguettes. We also rolled croissants and made a whole batch of a little cookie called a financier. Yum! We took so much home with us!

Great baking experience - What a fun experience to learn about the baguette doughs, croissants pastries. We got to roll our own baguette & croissant plus made the batter for an easy almond cake. We were able to take our baguettes, almond cakes and a special croissant with us. Fun experience & learned a lot.

Great class today - We had a great time with Valentina at the boulangerie. We shaped and baked our own baguettes and bread bowls and made some delicious financiers.

Must do! - The bakery tour was a highlight of the trip. Informative, interesting and hands on. The baker we observed was friendly and informative. Our guide, Yeju, was great! She made sure everyone had an opportunity to try everything, kept the tour on track and was funny, informative and kind. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend this activity and want my money back. - The instructor was nice, but we were expecting the class to be given by a French person who had a passion for the culture. We were not taught how to make a baguette or croissant, which is what we paid for - a waste of money! They lacked organization, and it was very uncomfortable to watch how the bakery staff treated our instructor. They reprimanded our instructor in front of us on three occasions, and I felt very uncomfortable and also embarrassed for her. It seemed like our activity annoyed the bakery staff, and we did not feel welcome. I do not recommend this activity.
