• Hôtel des Invalides - Proceed towards Les Invalides, originally constructed by Louis XIV as a military hospital and now housing Napoleon’s tomb. Along the way, pass by 18th-century private mansions and significant political institutions like l’Assemblée Nationale. In front of Les Invalides, take a moment to savor a freshly made pastry from the chefs at Maison Fleuret.

• Rue Cler - Continue the walk to a renowned local artisan, a world champion for his pâté en croûte and a former chef at the legendary La Tour d’Argent. Sample his award-winning pâté along with his gougères, traditional savory treats from Burgundy.

• Rue de Grenelle - Next, visit a wine cellar for a guided tasting of three natural wines: red, white, and orange. Learn about the different grape varieties, vinification methods, terroirs, the artisanal craftsmanship behind each bottle, and the history of the natural wine movement in France.

• 16 Av. de la Motte-Picquet - Conclude the experience with a visit to one of Paris’s most celebrated modern pastry shops. Delight in a Paris-Brest and a Chou à la Flouve, two creations that merge tradition with contemporary techniques, offering a final insight into the evolving art of French pâtisserie.
