• Le Chateau du Clos Luce - Parc Leonardo da Vinci - 10:30 to 11:45 Visit the Château du Clos Lucé, where Leonardo da Vinci spent the last three years of his life. Located just 400 meters from Château Royal d’Amboise, it is connected by an underground passageway. Built by Hugues d’Amboise in 1471, the palace was once owned by French King Charles VIII and later by Leonardo da Vinci, who lived there at the invitation of Francis I from 1516 until his death on May 2, 1519. Today, it serves as a museum dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci’s life, work, and legacy.

  14:30 Departure to Chaumont sur Loire Castle, a 20-minute (17 km) drive along the Loire River.
• Chateau De Chaumont Sur Loire - 14:50 to 16:10 Visit the Château de Chaumont. Founded in the 10th century and rebuilt in the 15th century by Charles I d’Amboise, it has been a protected monument historique since 1840. Now owned by the French state, it is open to the public. In 1559, Catherine de Medici compelled Diane de Poitiers to accept the Château de Chaumont in exchange for the Château de Chenonceau. Diane de Poitiers spent her last three years here.
  16:10 Departure to Blois, a 20-minute drive to reach Blois city.
• Chateau Royal de Blois - 16:30 - 18:00 Arrival in Blois city and visit the Château de Blois. Located in the city center, it was a residence for several French kings. Joan of Arc visited in 1429 to be blessed by the Archbishop of Reims before leading her army against the English. The castle features several buildings in four different architectural styles, with 564 rooms, including 100 bedrooms each with a fireplace, and 75 staircases.
  18:00 Departure to Paris, covering approximately 180 km on the highway. A stop will be made at a rest area.
• Paris - 20:30 to 21:00 Return to Paris, filled with impressions from a full day trip to the Loire Valley and its castles. Drop-off at your hotel.
