Super amazing - Our tour guide was Alex with Liv Tours, he was full of great information about the Mona Lisa and showed us a number of other pretty cool pieces of artwork during our tour of the Louve with him. He did an amazing job and we enjoyed our time!

Mona Lisa - Imad was a very knowledgeable guide and shared his passion for the arts. We were the first ones of the day to view the Mona Lisa.

A guide is worth it! - We went with family and friends and really enjoyed our experience. Milan had a wealth of knowledge and my only regret is that I wish we had more time to explore more sites. We will mostl likely be back to explore again!

We viewed tons of great art she showed us a lot of stuff and explained all about it great tour guide highly recommended - The sculptures were amazing great guide highly recommend!!! Great tour she explained everything so clearly and was very kind I loved this tour and found she knew so much stuff about the sculptures I learned new things and had a fun experience highly recommended her.

An Informative and Enjoyable Experience - Excellent experience. Sara was a phenomenal guide who showed us many interesting items on display and taught us a lot about the history of the museum and its exhibits.

Great tour with Alex of the Louvre - We had a great time with Alex at the Louvre. She was full of detailed knowledge and context for all the art we saw. The logistics by Liv Tours were a mess though - we had a combined Ile de la Cite Paris Walking Tour and the Louvre. The coordinator didn’t have us on the list and was unhelpful so we had to call Liv Tours to get it sorted. After our walking tour we had to make our way to the Louvre for the second half and the same coordinator showed up 10 mins late and very confused on how to assign each group to their tour guide which ate into our tour time. Once we were inside with Alex it was a better experience and we got to see a lot and learn so much. We did skip Mona Lisa which was disappointing so had to go back. It was also good to have extra time at the end to individually explore some of the other sections.

Didn't get first viewing or full tour - We were at the meeting location 15 minutes before our required time as requested. We were met by a representative pretty quickly. At 8:35 he informed us that our guide was running behind due to an issue on the metro caused by the storms the night before, but she would be there by 8:45. He instructed us to wait near the entrance. At 8:45, he told us that our guide was on her way and would be there by the time the gates opened. A few minutes later he told us that she would be another half hour. We had paid for early entry in order to see the Mona Lisa without the crowds, but we were now not going to get that as we could not enter without our guide. The representative who met us told us that he could send us our tickets to enter without our guide or we could wait for her and still get our tour. Since part of the reason for booking the tour was to have someone knowledgeable with the Louvre guide us, we opted to wait for our guide as we understood that she should be there by 9:25. When she wasn't there by 9:25, we were again given a time of another "15 to 20 minutes." She finally arrived at 9:45. Our understanding was it was to be a 2 hour tour, so that's what we expected. When she arrived she explained that she had to get to another tour at 10:30 and that she would show us what she could until she had to leave for the 10:30 tour. She was very kind, and we understood the issue for her, but we did not get what we paid for. We not only paid a considerable amount extra for first entry, but also a 2 hour guided tour and we only got about 35 minutes. I'm not sure why the representative wasn't versed in the museum so that he could start the tour for our guide until she got there. We had 2 major problems - we did not get first entry, nor did we get our full tour.
