Moulin Rogue adventure evening - Dinner and show were excellent. The talent and colorful attire provided a memorable impression that made our evening a special night for us.

Amazing show! - Amazing show, like nothing I have seen. The performers were super talented and costumes extraordinary. Great dinner too, don’t miss this while in Paris.

Moulin rouge dinner and show - Paris city vision picked us up on time (early even). We were taken to the moulin rouge and provided with our tickets - our driver Josef was fantastic. The venue was impressive and the service divine. The show was spectacular and the dinner (Mistegette) was okay

Fantastic show - Best show in Paris. The overall experience was amazing, trip to hall as well as going back to hotel easy drive and drop off.

Quality - Show was good. Food was bad. Cold and not good quality for the amount paid. Service was also okay. The acrobatics was our favorite part of the whole show.

Overrated and overpriced - The show was quite good, but not as good as I’d expected. Some of the scenes were boring, in particular the juggler is so run-of-the-mill boring. The food was dreadful, the wine terrible. The service was not great. I asked twice for water and it never came.

No response received to complaint made in October 2024! - I booked this tour on the 23rd of August and I wish to make a complaint about my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. Unfortunately I have been in hospital the past month so this is the first opportunity I’ve had to contact you. The show itself was great and the champagne was lovely so I’m happy to pay for those, I worked out the estimated cost to be about £112.00. But as for the £175.00 that I paid, this was to include a night lights tour, well of course I understand it’s not your company’s fault that the bus had to take a different route due to the preparation for Paralympics however that should have been made absolutely clear at point of sale. The bus tour was an absolute shambles! It pretty much went round and round the same couple of roads and I had to put up with customers arguing loudly with the tour rep and with the tour rep arguing loudly with them back! I can understand why so many customers were complaining as they were being told that plans for drop off had changed. So it wasn’t exactly relaxing or informative, it just went round and couple of streets and I had to listen to arguing the whole time which was quite unprofessional. However my main issue was that I specifically booked this tour because I’m a solo female traveller and so having this advertised as transport back to near my hotel in Montparnasse seemed ideal. On the night though, the tour rep informed me it wouldn’t be possible to drop me off near my hotel, I said please what am I supposed to do, it’s not safe for me to be left stranded. The tour rep then showed me on a map where it was possible to drop me off and it was about a 15 minute walk from my hotel which by his own admission, would not be safe for a female to walk around in at 2/3am in the morning! He said well it’s either that or you can take a Metro from Pigalle station… I’ve since read some horror stories online of how unsafe this Metro station can be and all I can say is I am so relieved that I didn’t end up doing this. I ended up ordering an Uber at the cost of £12.73 to myself, I’ve enclosed my card statement to show this. This is absolutely unacceptable that I had to do this, considering the tour was advertised as return transport included! I actually ended up spending the duration of the show feeling really worried as to how I was going to get back so it ruined my enjoyment of it, it was a very distressing experience. As you can see on my card statement I paid £175.80 for the tour. I’m not happy with this and I could have just claimed the full amount back from my credit card company but I wanted to give your company the opportunity to resolve my complaint. How do you propose to resolve this? At the very least, I would like you to pay me back £63.00 as I’ve worked out the different between the show and the so-called bus tour and transport. Additionally, please pay me £12.73 to cover the cost of the Uber I had to use.

Bad value for money and disorganized customer service - We booked from Paris City vision guided sightseeing and 2 tickets for Moulin Rouge - we paid around 370 eur. No one informed us that we should bring our personal earphones and phone to city tour since that is the only way to hear the tour. One employee emailed us that Moulin Rouge slot for us is at 20.45 PM and the other one that it is at 22.45 PM. Very disorganized, unprofessional, bad value for money. During Moulin Rouge we had no space at all, and had to share table with people we don't know. Also, we were waiting in the line 1 hour to get in. Even though price was premium - experience was not premium at all. We were writing to customer support about this but they did not care.
