Highly recommend for a relaxed date day! - A romantic and fun way for us to explore Paris by water! The Batobus hop-on hop-off cruise was super convenient, and the informative audio tour added delightful context to the iconic landmarks.

Super nice walk on the seine - super convenient to visit paris with the family! we can get off wherever we want and go up later. The boat is clean and the ride on the Seine offers great views of the monuments. Nice staff and ticket valid all day. laudio guide is a plus!

Recommend for Your First Visit to Paris and the Siene - If you are planning on visiting any of the 10 Siene stops, it may well be worth a 24 hr pass. Reasonable and a good journey to learn what is along the Siene. Option to sit inside if you want too avoid the cool or cold breeze. Not the most efficient transport but good for new tourists.

Victor booking! Won’t use again - Got there and had trouble downloading tickets. Was told at the counter to phone aviator to deal with it. Phone number didn’t even work. Took us over 30 minutes to get it sorted and it was a nice person opening and closing the gate to board that helped us. No help from victor to deal with it.

Vouchers difficult - The boat was fun and nice. Trading our vouchers for tickets was difficult. The Batobus people tried to be helpful

No guide, but you will be very relaxed - Do the tour if you have more than 2 hours, and barely go on boats, otherwise opt for using th metro or hop on hop off bus. Also don't do this option if you're not fully optimised, you will fall asleep. There's no guide, on the other hand it is a very relaxing experience and you will get good pictures of the Eiffel Tower.

Very disappointing - Very disappointing. Pricey; not enough seats for people on board, nowhere safe for families to put buggies, 18 degree spring day and the air was stifling on board, not particularly good views as low in water. No refreshments or toilets. Pretty sure the crew had no idea how many people were on board and when we did get a seat it wasn't comfortable. Yes it's a nicer trip than the metro (we went from Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame) but not 10 times nicer.

Not a great experience. - Viator might not email you an actual voucher and you will be stuck losing your money when you decide to purchase it yourself at the Botabus ticket window at most locations as I suggest you do. There is no guide or audio offered on the Botabus hence the 3rd party audio tour included with this which I found to be a colossal waste of money. Botabus and Viator do not talk to each other well and like most of these experiences… if it goes sideways, you are left out hanging on your own. Other than the logistical failure by Viator, the boat is ok. Hard wooden seats, covered glass and nice boat ride down the river.

Viator stuff up! - The actual Batobus was great. Viator did send us a voucher but the tickets did not arrive so when we went we had to pay again and so far Viator have NOT refunded the original price of the tickets.

Easier to book at kiosk rather than use Viator - We booked our tickets the day before our journey and paid by card but we did not receive the tickets and the kiosk did not recognise our booking reference so we had to pay for two more tickets . We then used WhatsApp to communicate but too late we had already paid again. Not a good service
