Fantastic tour - Fantastic experience with Win Transfer. Very good driver. On time and perfect vehicle. We had a 5 hour city tour with them and it was a one of best experience we ever had.

Long layover in Paris; wonderful day! - We found ourselves in a bit of a pickle when our original flight to Venice was canceled and we ended up with a 10 hour layover in Paris. We scrambled to find a tour company and were thrilled to discover Win Transfer could accommodate us in a pinch. Sam arrived within 20 minutes in a spotless and luxurious Mercedes van and effortlessly whisked us to our desired Paris spots...he even took photos for us upon request. Excellent company!

Magnificent service - Magnificent service. The company contacts you 2 days before to confirm that the transfer is correct. The punctual driver. He also contacts you by WhatsApp a while before the contracted time. Comfortable and safe car

Perfect - All perfect. The driver very punctual and very friendly. Upon arrival at Orly airport our luggage took a long time and it waited for us without any problem. The children's seats corresponding to their ages with the child's rear-facing seat. Super recommended

Driver was great - no commentary given though so not a tour… - Our driver was prompt and on time. The car was clean and neat. And he went out of pace according to our schedule. This should not have been labeled as a tour. It was more of a driving experience without commentary. He did a great job of taking us to all of the major stops and stop the car so that we could, spend time at those places. There was no commentary. We did enjoy seeing the city and had a great day overall.

Overall, I would have chosen a different tour. - Positively, our guide was very kind and professional to/with us. He navigated through the city of Paris, taking us from place to place, with ease and I am very grateful I did not have to navigate through the Paris traffic myself. Negatively, our guide barely spoke English, which he mentioned when we first met. When I booked the “private tour of Paris” I imagined having the right amount of time, space, and undivided attention to facilitate good conversation about the city, perhaps even learning a few fun facts about Paris as we drove around. Unfortunately, besides the basic “this is this” and having assurances that we would meet up in the same location after we finished seeing the site we were dropped off at, we drove around in silence. The language barrier also led to a pretty significant misunderstanding that left us struggling to navigate our way back to our hotel at the end of our tour. All in all, it was an adventure, but if you are looking for a tour that will share the city with you, giving you information as you travel along, this is not the tour for you. If you simply want to be chauffeured from place to place to see the sites then this is a very professional company for that.
