Family outing - Great evening with my sister during our stay in Paris, this walk allowed us to see paris at night, the different monuments with our magnificent Eiffel Tower all lit.

Good way to travel around central Paris - Good way to get around central Paris, whether sight seeing or simply using as a hop on/off mode of transport. We were able to get on a bus at regular intervals with no major delays. Night trip is a good way to enjoy the sites under the stars, especially the Eiffel Tower! Also good to see some of the spectacular apartments en route!! Buses have always been clean and drivers polite. Easy to book via Trip Adviser, good price and cancellation policy if you need to change anything, also pay just before your trip. Highly recommend.

Don't do it - Bus was 45 minutes late then dri er had a 10 minute break before we started trip. I have done a big bus tour before and thought I would try the toot bus. Big bus is better. Don't waste your money on toot.

Disappointing - The points of taking the bus are not clearly marked as in other European cities with tourist bus. Unable to find if you don’t take the downloaded app and spend your internet data and your mobile battery to reach those points. I don't recommend it.

Tootbus Night Tour Staff Completely Out of Line - The Day Tour is worth it. The Night Tour was ruined by one staff member who had no business dealing with customers. On Nov 9, 2025 around 5:45–6 PM, the man scanning tickets charged at my family out of nowhere and accused us of cutting the line — even though we were already near the end with only a couple families behind us. He pointed at my handicapped mother, raised his voice, and acted aggressive and disrespectful. He didn’t care she was in a wheelchair/walker. His attitude was hostile, unnecessary, and absolutely unacceptable. He refused to give his name. I have his photo and will post it. Someone like that should not be the face of a major tour company. Thankfully, another Tootbus staff member saw the situation and immediately opened the handicap entrance for us—exactly what should have been done from the start. That second staff member handled things correctly.. So clearly the rude one just chose to act this way. He refused to give his name. I have his photo and will post it so management can deal with him. No customer—especially a disabled one—should be treated like trash. The night views were nice, but that staff member ruined the experience. Tootbus needs to fix this asap!

It's ok.. - Its fine as a bus tour but half the time the head phones don't work because the driver either hasn't turned the commentary on or something has happened and its turned off. Despite having to ask on several of the buses and other customers too we did a whole section of no commentary and then changed to a bus that could then get theirs to work. The commentary when it does work is really basic and could be so much better. Overall its ok.

Paid for 2 day pass and only got 1 day experience - Booked a 48 hours ticket with an additional night tour, the night tour was underwhelming - highlight was the Eiffel Tower and Moulin Rouge - they would give a heads up that a photo opportunity was coming up but quite often you missed it as the bus went by too fast. I booked for 48 hours and the information says the time starts from 1st use but my booking disappeared from the app on the 2nd day and I was unable to use the voucher is it kept saying it was expired - Disappointing experience with this company and I would not use them again.

Terribly unprofessional - Instead of describing the monuments in a neutral and more or less thorough way, as a guide would seriously do, the audio guide largely indulges in really stupid, irrelevant comments in Roman accents, not at all constructive about girls and comparisons with Italy, between those who have more museums, a beer, parties in Arcore and much more!!! Perhaps the intent was to be nice and captivating, but the result is a savage, poor and not at all edifying language.

Missed the bus because... - Missed the bus because the directions to the start was terrible for someone who has never been to Paris. Tootbus should assume most people don’t know the area and the instructions and directions need to be more detailed and clear.
