• Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard - 10:00 - 11:15 Arrive in the Chablis region. Visit the Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine, surrounded by vineyards, for a cave tour and wine tasting of five wines paired with cheese: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The knowledgeable staff will explain the winemaking process in Chablis and highlight the differences between Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. Note that Brocard is closed on Sundays, and an alternative Chablis house will be visited instead.

Beaune is a historic town and the “Capital of Burgundy wines,” situated between Lyon and Dijon, with a population of about 23,000. The Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune (Hospices of Beaune), located in the town center, is one of the best-preserved Renaissance buildings in Europe.
• Patriarche Pere & Fils - 15:15 - 16:15 Participate in a wine tasting with a professional sommelier of Burgundy wines in the cellars of “The Patriarch and Sons.” The Caves Patriarche, located in the center of Beaune, feature 5 kilometers of tunnels beneath the city, making it one of the largest cellars in Burgundy.
