Great tour of the hallowed grounds of Roland Garros - Very in depth behind the scenes tour at the mecca of clay court tennis. Great insight by the tour director to give us the chance to experience what it is like for journalists, players and everyone working to make Roland Garros one of the if not the greatest Grand Slam event. Brought my Vilas wood racquet that won the title in his magical 1977 run in Paris. Also seeing my dad’s HS teammate Tony Trabert’s name on the stairs by the court entrance was a big thing for me. Highly recommend this as part of anyone’s trip to the City of Lights.

Great overview experience... - Great overview experience of Roland Garros. Even though the weather was cold still got a good sense of the tournament, and the career of Rafa Nadal.

Not bad. - Immersion in the unknown meanders of the stadium. Visit the press room, showers and changing rooms, the Philippe Chatrier court, the museum. Quite interesting but very surprising to walk in the empty aisles.
