Wow! - Nice evening on the river. The food was fabulous and the waitstaff did a great job. The live entertainment gave it even more of a romantic ambience. It was fun to see the city come alive as the sun set and everything became illuminated with light. Nothing could be quite as impressive as pulling under the Eiffel Tower fully lit as the tour ended.

A beautiful introduction to Paris at night! - This is a dinner cruise on the Seine River in Paris. It is in a covered boat, includes music, and lasts about 2-1/2 hours. It is a really nice way to view the lighted monuments of Paris at night. The food and service were both really good. This was my second time doing this cruise with two different sets of friends. A bonus is that you start and end at the Eiffel Tower, so you see it completely lit up at the end of the cruise!

Romantic Trip on Seine - Memorable trip down the Seine River at sunset. Food was surprisingly good with main dishes, appetizers, cheese, dessert and a lot of wine. Our waiter Emil was friendly and informative. The chanteuse had a lovely voice, but soft and not overpowering conversation. The boats are located just below the Eiffel Tower so you can wander there before checking in. We’ve done this twice and taken public transport between our hotels and the dock each time. Very easy using the RATP app.

Seine dinner boats a must during your visit! - It is expensive but worth every penny! Just seeing le Tour Eiffel glittering against the starlit night would have been enough! The food was excellent, the singer was so talented as she sang all old and current favorites, and the service was attentive and flexible. We had some food allergies that Jamile, our server, accommodated professionally. He kept the wine flowing and the dinner moving for seven people.

No bad Cruise - Would definitely recommend and we are pleased we did this. Really good experience. The boat was in great nick, the sightseeing was fab and the food was good. Couple of negs. Service was slow and when waiter made contact it was at pace, So very little interaction. Also they served Evian water but it was tap water in an Evian bottle - 100% as Evian is my go to water and this was not Evian. That was a disappointment.

Overall worth doing this trip. - Cruise way great. Hard to see some sights if you’re on a certain side of the boat. Food was good. Table service good but late delivery to some tables. Confusion about where to board, should be better defined.

Great dinner with an amazing view of Paris - the view of many sights from the ship is really great. Dinner is expensive, but the quality is good. Because of the higher price, there are fewer people on the boat than on other excursions. This actually creates a pleasant atmosphere for dinner in the evening.

Not worth upgrade - Went with second from top upgrade for expanded views on both sides and top of ship however glass was shattered on ceiling so we did not receive that benefit and views on sides were no better than the class under us. Just go down to window table and save the money. Otherwise you need to shell out the extra for very top upgrade to be at one of the 4-5 tables shoved into bow of ship.

Lovely cruise, everything else poor. - It was n enjoyable boat journey with sights. However it didn’t seem very personal. Very mass produced. The slightly more costly seating by the windows seemed to get waiters who made conversation. The food was average, my wife’s scallops were raw, the waiter argued with me about my wine choice and made it difficult. Then I had to remind him, I got shouted at, as I asked again for my wine. Then if we needed anything, it was a big ask for anything. All for nearly £300. Lovely cruise but everything else was disappointing.

No notice provided that river was flooded and would not offer refund. Food is nice on the boat and friendly wait staff - The provider does not notify you of changes in the river. If it is flooded you go a different way down the Seine with very little site seeing, statue of liberty, effiel tower and some restraunts. Asked for the full refund and they would not offer. There offer was 50% only off the transport on the cruise about 1/4 of the cost. Viator was also unhelpful in getting any better outcome of refund.
