Don’t miss this one! - Beautiful sights, wonderful staff , especially a young lady named SAMMA! My father is slightly handicapped and walks with a cane. The staff treated him so well and helped him board before any other passengers in the very long line. Do not miss this trip. And the glass of champagne was wonderful.!!

Awesome cruise! - This was a fun cruise to see everything via the Seine! We sat on the bottom part and it was still good seats even if you don’t get a seat up top!

Informative cruise - Our cruise was not very full the day that we went, but it was very hot. We sat on the top deck, and the woman was very informative throughout the cruise even though I know it was too hot for her to be on the hot open deck I’m sure she would’ve been happier if we went down a level, but the six of us they were on the top level did not want to be out of the sun. She still made it an amazing cruise.

River cruise - Beautiful way to see some historic sights. So relaxing as you do a lot of walking in Paris. Champagne was delicious.

Love the tour - Loved the tour. It was fun to be on the water and getting to see so much of Paris. I’m going again tomorrow and can’t wait.

Paris with spouse and friends. - It was on time, comfortable, the boat was all electric (green), and the tour guide was very good. It was easy to access.

Good food - Food was great, views were beautiful, it was very warm inside , very expensive to get taxi to go 2 miles at that time of night, plan accordingly, worth the money

Loved the cruise- hated the cold - Beautiful cruise. We loved it. DEFINITELY recommend over some of the cheaper cruises. It was the perfect time of day for sunset and the tower twinkled right as we go off.

Crew shows complete lack of leadership and care for guests amidst storm - We had tickets to the 9pm cruise on June 25, 2025. A very strong storm was on the horizon and clearly visible on the radar. It struck just as we were about to board. Sheets of rain were blowing in sideways and those of us under the boarding canopy were still getting soaked. Of course a storm is beyond anyone's control, but the crew's response demonstrated a complete lack of care for all of us waiting to board. While were getting pelted by rain, a captain on board the boat was taking a video of the storm, presumably just for fun. at about 9:15 and after being pelted with rain for coming up on 20 minutes, we peeked inside the crew chamber to see the crew smoking cigars, watching and waiting out the storm. In the meantime, NO-ONE was giving any direction to guests and passengers. Imagine if this ship was going down...don't expect the captain to go down with it. He'd be on the first life boat out of there cutting in front of women and children. Finally at about 9:20 we were told that the cruise was canceled. If anyone with half a brain had been looking at a radar leading up the cruise, they could have seen that this storm was unavoidable. Watch out...this company could put your life in danger!!!

Would not do again. Not... - Would not do again. Not enough seats that we needed to sit on the deck. Was supposed to come with glasses of champagne which we never received! So disappointed! Will be disputing the charge.
