I'd give this tour 6 stars if I could - Wasn't sure what to expect but this tour was perfect. Quick drive then you end up at the dairy and see the cheese production is cool, but the cheese bank is fantastic. After that head to the parma prosciutto facility and it's amazing to see the care taken by the craftsmen.

Day of decadence - From start to finish, this tour was a delight. Sergio was a true gem with his knowledge and kind hospitality along the way. I felt like I was on a little roadtrip with family and getting to eat some of the best parmigiano and prosciutto was the cherry on top. Grazie mille for a wonderful tour!

Very nice, educational tour! - Very nice tour! About 25-30 minutes in a 8-seater van from the meeting point to the Parmesan factory, and the ham factory was right down the street. Mostly an indoor tour, and a light jacket was nice in the cheese factory due to refrigeration. David did an excellent job as guide.

Cheese and ham heaven - A great experience from beginning to end. We were picked up on time by Mattia and went to the cheese factory first. Mattia explained the history and process making in a fun informative way. We visited the cows and then watched the cheese masters at work and tasted delicious wine and cheese where it is stored. Not pressured to buy from the little shop at all. The ham part if the trip equally as good. We were told the history, production and saw the hams in storage at various stages. We met the owner of the small ham factory Claudio who cut the ham for the tasting using a very old manual cutting machine - fabulous to see his passion in his product which was delicious to the extreme! Again no pressure to buy! We both absolutely enjoyed this tour which we felt was worth the money for the time spent especially as you are tasting top quality food. Thank you Mattia for a lovely tour

Factory tour - Very interesting to learn how this was made. It was great to taste and purchase some. We thought we would see animals but it’s only the “factory” where it’s made. Worth the experience, just pricey for what you do.
