Akaki - The Georgian Legend Who Made Our Trip a Blast! - Akaki, our tour guide in Georgia, is the real deal! This guy didn’t just show us around; he turned our day into a full-on adventure. From the get-go, Akaki’s huge grin and wild energy had us pumped. Spoiler: best. day. ever. Akaki’s a walking encyclopedia of Georgian history, culture, and wine, but he makes it fun, not snooze-worthy. Our Kakheti wine tour? Less “fancy sipping,” more “feasting with new pals.” The family winery he picked was all heart—amazing food, killer wine, and stories that had us hooked. Akaki’s passion for Georgia’s ancient winemaking vibes was contagious. He whisked us through epic mountains, chill fields, and a monastery that left us speechless. Surprise bonus? His dad’s homemade Shashlik—basically a flavor hug. Akaki nailed what we love (hiking, eating, laughing) and tailored the trip perfectly. Long drives? Pure fun with his jokes and tales. Plus, he’s a sneaky-good photographer, snapping Insta-worthy shots of us. Akaki’s on-time, thoughtful, and just the right kind of wild. If you skip him in Georgia, you’re missing out big time. He’s a gem, and we’re already dreaming of our next trip with him. Book Akaki, thank us later!

Polite and very nice guide with good knowledges about country he lives and loves - What a fabulous day we spent together with Aki. We took 1 day vine tour from Tbilisi, but it wasn’t only about vine - it was about traditions, tastes, sincere conversations etc. I really hope one day we will come back to Georgia and definitely will arrange this guide for new experience and adventures.

Kakheti private tour - We had an unforgettable experience in Georgia, thanks to Aka! From the moment we met him, he left the best impression – cheerful, friendly, and full of good energy. He greeted us with a big smile and even shared a bottle of homemade cognac made by his father, which was such a warm and personal touch. Aka took us on an incredible journey through the colorful mountains, across peaceful Georgian fields, and to a beautiful monastery that left us speechless. His knowledge of the region, combined with his passion for sharing its beauty, made the tour feel special and personal. At the end of the trip, he surprised us again with a piece of his father's homemade smoked pork fat – a true taste of local tradition! These little gestures made the whole experience feel so authentic and heartwarming. We highly recommend Aka to anyone visiting Georgia. You will not regret it – quite the opposite, you’ll leave with amazing memories and a new friend!

Our Georgian vacation! Travel with aka! - Getting aka as our private tour guide in Georgia was the best decision we made. Not only was he everything you would want in a tour guide - prompt, engaging and knowledgeable but he was also fun and easy to talk to on our long drives in Georgia! Apart from telling us all the history and information about the sights and areas in Kazbegi and Kakheti and about Georgian wine - he also took us on an amazing hike in the midst of the Caucasus and to some amazing restaurants where we ate food that we think of till today. He understood what kind of travellers we are and tailored the trip perfectly to suit us! :) oh and cherry on the cake he takes amazing photographs of you! Get aka for your Georgian holiday - he’s the best!

Best tour guide Ako! - It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Tour Guide Ako is very knowledgeable and is always keen to share the history and stories of the sights and ever ready to answer all our questions. Ako is very meticulous and attentive to our needs. The visit to the winery was very enlightening as the owner shared with us the entire process of traditional wine making in Georgia in his beautiful vineyard. As he walked us through his experience, he even enlisted our feedback on his new packaging design.
