• Rocotuyo - Guests will be collected from their accommodation in Huaraz between 8:30 and 9:00 am and will travel for 2.5 hours to Marcara, where breakfast will be served.

The journey continues through Huascaran National Park, arriving at Lake Rocotuyoc at an elevation of 4400m. Here, a community fee of 10 soles is payable to the local administration. From this point, a 40-minute walk leads to Melting Lake, where there will be an hour to enjoy the scenery and take photographs. The group will then return to Lake Rocotuyoc for a 40-minute visit.

On the way to lunch in Marcara, the route passes a waterfall and Inca paintings. After lunch, the return journey to Huaraz takes 2.5 hours, with an expected arrival time of 5:30 pm.
