I recommend - I loved the visit, the guide was wonderful and quite prepared. Gave quite enriching information for the visit. I tried 6 labels which in my opinion were very good, in premium labels we had a brief "class" of how to taste wines and harmonize them. We got a custom cup from the winemaker as well. We went in September and the vineyards were dead, but it did not interfere with the experience.

A complete experience - Excellent experience, by the site, for knowing a little more about wines and the history of the winemaking. And without a doubt the Cleiton guide was fundamental, for the information transmitted, clarity to explain giving touches on details of each wine and especially for the availability and allowing us to have the best of this experience. Very pleased, I highly recommend this visit.

Pleasant surprise - The winery is beautiful, organized, the staff are kind and very well trained. Of all the wineries I visited, this one was the one we liked the most. The Premium tour is spectacular, fun, pleasant... Finally, we loved the experience.

Duplicate purchase on card and non-extorned value - I made the purchase of 02 tickets for the Premium Tour on 12/08/25 (buy and tour were made on the same day). My fiancé and I really liked the tour, the guide was very friendly and attentive. However, my problem happens after the tour. Back to Brazil I found that the purchase was charged twice from my credit card, I immediately sent a message by whatspp showing my e-mail and my card layer, the message was sent on the day 22/08, they answered me to msg on whatspp one day later asking me to send them an e-mail with the purchase data and proofs that I had, I sent the e-mail and got a return on the day 30/08 with them apologizing for what happened and asking if I had a bank account in Chile or if I had an account in Paypal so that they could return the money. Since I had not sing in either of the two places, I went to create a paypal account to send to them. I answered the e-mail on 06/09 and since then I have not received any returns from them. My emails are no longer answered as little as the messages via whatspp. Today I sent another email and new msg on whatsapp, still waiting for feedback about to resolve this problem.
