The lesson includes a 10-minute warm-up, 20 minutes of instruction, and 1 hour and 30 minutes of practice in the water. Located in Peniche, the school is situated on an ideal sandy beach with numerous breaking points, perfect for learning to surf. The instructors are passionate about both surfing and teaching, and they eagerly share their enthusiasm with all students!
