Lovey people, and even more so services! - Fantastic! Went snorkeling, super nice captain, good equipment too. We also decided to go on the dolphin tour and got a lovely nursing pod to follow us around for a while 🥰! Our informant, Jillian was super funny and well, informative! We got to see a newborn dolphin amidst a few older babies and their moms, even after the Blue Angles show which made them a tick nervous.

Exceptional boat ride! - Went on a Dolphin Tour with the Frisky Mermaid and let me tell you. It did not disappoint. Many dolphins and sightings. They swam with us and played on the waves. It was a great experience. Frisky Mermaid made our Family Vacation memorable. The captains were very knowledgeable, friendly and cool. Frisky Mermaid played some joyous music as well!

Worth it! - They really made the effort to find the dolphins and to make it fun! If it’s a windy day, definitely be prepared to get wet. Loved the boat ride!

Fun day - It was a very good experience for the money. Captain Steve and Jocelyn are great hosts. They were very friendly and very enthusiastic. Captain Steve made sure that everybody got an opportunity to see the Dolphins. We were able to see a lot of dolphins that day. The boat did not feel overcrowded and it was genuinely a good time. My family and I would definitely take this tour again!

So fun! - We had so much fun. It was extra windy the day we went out, so we got splashed and soaked clear through. The kids on the boat loved it. We saw so many dolphins. Deck hand, Mary, made the trip. She was a blast!!

Fun and Kid-Approved! - The crew is so fun and interactive! They took us to multiple spots to see the pods! My kids (10 & 12) had such a good time encouraging the dolphins to surface. With helpful facts, entertainment and the experience of taking pics and videos of the different pods, it was a blast!

Great Dolphin viewing - Great experience, seen a lot of dolphins and they all attracted to our boat more than the other boats. Dolphins came right underneath our boat multiple times and watched dolphins for pretty much the whole hour.

Fin-Tastic! - Brielle and Steve are fantastic! Good music, dad jokes, and lots of fun! Brielle was so fun to chat with, and has a lively safety demonstration. Cap’n Steve is very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly enjoy working together.

Big Disappointment!! - Well….due to the excessive TRAFFIC and ABSOLUTELY NO PUBLIC AVAILABLE PARKING, my kids and I were not able to go on the tour. Buyer be aware, this company HAS NO PARKING available. They provide this information a day before the tour. I’m not from Pensacola, so I was shocked at the amount of traffic. All of their recommendations on where to park are probably good for a regular weekend, but not for the 4th of July. They need to partner with Shaggy’s restaurant, the dock is right behind this restaurant, on busy weekends to accommodate their PRE-PAID guests. We contacted the booking agent, Viator, on the 4th and asked for a completely different day to use our tickets and was given a 45 minute notice to get to the harbor. There was no way we could make that timeframe. This morning I received notice they will not honor our requested alternate date, so I kissed that $170 goodbye! So…don’t book this tour unless you 1.) uber to the dock, 2.) have someone drop you off or 3.) risk having your car towed if you park at Shaggy’s.
