• Vina Encierra - You will visit the winery where we will tell you the history of the vineyard and its ancestors with details that you will never forget. We will tour the vineyards, you will learn about the vines, their differences and then you will taste the wines made from them. Finally, you will visit the family chapel where the ashes of the founder rest.

During the visit, clients will have the opportunity to examine and taste each grape directly from the vines, allowing them to discern differences in acidity, sweetness, maturity, harvest timing, and other characteristics. This will make their visit truly unique, as the entire process will be explained from the moment the grapes are picked to when the wine is bottled.

Subsequently, they will tour the winery, where each stage of the production process will be detailed, from grape crushing to fermentation, followed by filtering and bottling.

Afterward, guests will sample the following wines: Encierra Vineyard Reserve, Encierra Carmenere, and Rosé.

The visit lasts approximately 1 hour, and the primary reason to book with us is the unique experience of being in a boutique vineyard, personally attended by the owners, and tasting each of the wines we produce.
