Friendly - The chauffer were really friendly. They helped us a lot, gave us tips and liked to talk a lot. The place was amazing, beautiful and relaxing..Amazing for a family trip.

Santa Rosa de Cabal termales - It is a very incredible place. I recommend visiting it. They have 3 shifts 7am-10am 11am-5pm and 5pm to 10pm. It’s better buy the tickets before you go. We use a private guide and he help us to skip the line to get in. You can’t enter foods and drinks only water. You find 2 different kinds of restaurants on place.

Exciting, I had already been to Colombia several times, in fact I went to act as a cicerone, in this case to the Sta Ro hot springs - Colombia may be the most self-sufficient country on the planet, *it is my particular opinion* in food and services it is complete, and in education it is 10*

A MUST DO trip, a par with the Cocora Valley!! - An unforgettable experience!! The waterfalls were truly amazing and the hot springs were great. Mauricio, our driver was just incredible, super kind and knowledgeable. We believe the Santa Rosa waterfalls and hot springs are a “MUST visit” marvel in Colombia’s Eje Cafetero.

Left alone with out an English Translator. - I believe maybe i read the info for this experience wrong but this was way too over priced for what i got. I really thought i would have an english speaking driver that would help me understand all the histories of the places we drove through. I just got a driver who know no english, who then dropped me off at the Springs and i was left to figure it out on my own. A police officer had to help me get my band and talk to me via Google translate so i can get inside. Inside i felt so lost as i really thought i would have had someone who can speak english to guide me. The springs were unique but this is more recommended for a group activity as it would be a better experience that way. Additionally, when i got to the springs and saw how much it was to enter, i really felt like i over paid for this experience on Viator

Overpriced taxi service, not a tour - Unfortunately the advertisement for this “tour” is misleading. We were not brought to the town, we did not try the chorizo, and the driver was unhelpful. He spoke complex Spanish and made little effort to make it easy for us to understand (although we speak conversational Spanish). He dropped us with no explanation of what the set up is like at the springs, he gave zero explanation of the springs or the town, and he wasn’t friendly. In short, this is not a tour - it’s a very expensive taxi service that I suggest you arrange yourself. Also as a heads up I’d recommend you go early as it was very busy when we went.
