- Hautvillers - In Hautvillers, guests will also visit the historic hillsides of Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to admire the stunning views of Champagne overlooking the Marne Valley, where Dom Pérignon conducted his winemaking experiments. This is the perfect spot in the heart of the vineyards to capture unforgettable photos of the breathtaking landscape.
The tour includes a visit to the first of two families of independent producers/growers, where guests will learn about the Champagne production process, and tour the presses, wineries, and cellars. A guided tasting of three different Premier Cru Champagnes* is included.
*Depending on the season and availability, this visit/tasting may occur in a village of the “Côte des Blancs” or in Aÿ-Champagne.
- Avenue de Champagne - Another must-see UNESCO World Heritage Site is the “Avenue de Champagne” in Epernay, the Capital of the Champagne vineyard. Known as “the most expensive Avenue in the world,” it features prestigious Champagne houses, mansions, and 100 kilometers of cellars housing 200 million bottles.
A guided tour of the famous Avenue de Champagne is planned to explain the history of its magnificent mansions and production buildings, owned for centuries by Champagne Houses like Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouët, Pol Roger, etc.
- Cramant - During the discovery tour in the “Côte des Blancs,” visitors will pass through Cramant, one of the renowned Grand Cru villages located south of Epernay. This area in Champagne is known as the “Kingdom of Chardonnay Grand Cru.”
For lunch, selected Champagne and dining bars favored by locals will be visited to share a convivial moment*. The menu includes gourmet platters of charcuterie and cheese with bread and salad, ready-made farm meals, pâtés, regional biscuits, and coffee, accompanied by Champagne (a bottle for two people).

- Oger - Oger is another esteemed Grand Cru village in “Côte des Blancs,” known for its “Blanc de Blancs” 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru.
Here, visitors will meet one of the two families of independent producers/growers of the day, with further explanations on the Champagne making process, and tours of the presses, wineries, and cellars. Guests will taste three 100% Grand Cru Champagnes with tasting advice to explore different “Blanc de Blancs” such as natural Champagne without dosage, extra brut, from old vines, vintage, or even aged in oak barrels.
The tour will also pass through other famous villages like Chouilly and Avize, near the largest bottle factory and the renowned “Chateau de Saran,” the ultra-private property where the luxury LVMH group (owners of Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Krug …) hosts its top clients and VIPs, as well as the “Montaigu site” dedicated to the Champagne production of Moët & Chandon.
- Mareuil-sur-Ay - The tour will also pass through the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in the Marne Valley, with its historic hillsides listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, mainly planted with Pinot Noir. This village is home to more exclusive Champagne Houses like Champagne Billecart-Salmon and Philipponnat.
- Ay-Champagne - Visitors will also explore the renowned village of Aÿ-Champagne, with its hillsides listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and its famous Grand Cru vineyards.
Did you know that Aÿ-Champagne was the main center of the Champagne industry in the 16th century and still holds a special place today? The kings of France had their own presses here, and the wines of Champagne were once called “Wines of Aÿ.”
Guests will discover part of this historic village and its famous vineyard, mainly planted with Pinot Noir, where they will learn about vine work, grape varieties, the exceptional Terroir, and sustainable viticulture.
The tour will also stop in front of the headquarters of famous Champagne Houses in Aÿ, such as Bollinger, Deutz, Ayala.
