Wonderful, professional and friendly service. - Exceptional service from Sealink. Sealink was super helpful when our first booking was cancelled due to bad weather. Sealink quickly rebooked us. The check in process was easy and friendly. And when our bag was mistakenly taken by another passenger, Katrina Green from Sealink went out of her way, after hours, to get our bag back and bring it to us that same night. Outstanding service.

Simply the best ! - Such a great service and crew, very informative on the journey letting you know what your passing on your way to and from the island and professional. We felt looked after and safe, well worth the money. Give these guys a pay rise 10/10

Beautiful place to visit - The service was wonderful. The Island is beautiful. Many things to do! The food was good but expensive. The weather is always windy.

Went to Rottnest island... - Went to Rottnest island for a day trip with family. The announcer was very good, gave us a heads up when it was choppy on the way over and got us in quickly on the way back without any swell.

Ferry service polite safe, responsive to questions - Ferry by Sealink to Rottnest island. Ferry service polite and safe. I did find all the different ferry options/times/locations to be very confusing. I think departure and arrival and transit times listed for each would be helpful.

Awesome ferry trip - Courteous calm helpful staff and a great commentary en route. Hired bikes which were great .Would Thoroughly recommend.

Rottnest and Sealink are worth it - Hey Rottnest was great, weather started stormy then held off to let us walk and ride around island is mostly sunshine. Sealink were perfect, my partner had seasickness and fear from the rough conditions the Sealink crew member was kindness and care personified

Loved the quokkas - Loved the quokkas, the crowd and seagulls were a bit rude. If you’re a caravan bee, would suggest getting bus or train into city as parking is expensive or for small cars only.

Take the other ferry - Once we were on the ferry everything went relatively smoothly. The other company (Rottnest express ) did seem to be faster/ keep on schedule more. But the reason why I would not recommend or repeat myself is because of my poor experience purchasing tickets online and at the check-in window. Your website has problems. The first time I got all the way to the checkout page but it dropped my order when I used ApplePay. The second attempt was problematic too. I selected Perth to Rottnest for both but the website glitched and changed my selection for the morning sailing to Fremantle. I think this happened when I briefly considered adding a bike rental. You need to fix this or at the very least add a warning that the selections do not match so people can correct the glitch before checking out. Unfortunately the error wasn’t discovered until I got to check-in and your employee was not helpful. Initially she told me I needed to find a way to get to Fremantle ASAP and wouldn’t change my ticket to departure from Perth. I didn’t think we had time to make it to Fremantle so I asked for a refund on the entire trip. She refused. She then said I likely wouldn’t make it to Fremantle on time anyway. After this exchange, which was unpleasant, she then said she could add me to the Perth sailing but I would have to pay extra. Why didn’t she give me this option to begin with when we discovered the booking error? Why didn’t she waive the extra fee as a goodwill gesture after stressing me out as I was visibly upset?
