Iquitos Amazon Region - Upon reaching the city of Iquitos, a representative will be there to greet you and escort you to the pier for the journey to the lodge. The trip will take you along the Amazon River, the world’s largest river by volume, where you can marvel at its vastness, the stunning tropical jungle, and the charming riverside communities like the Boras. Upon arrival, settle into the hostel and enjoy a delightful lunch.
Visit the Butterfly Center, where you will discover the fascinating metamorphosis process of butterflies and their environmental significance.
Explore the riverside village to learn about the customs and lifestyles of the jungle inhabitants.
After dinner, join our knowledgeable guide for a night excursion to search for tarantulas and experience the unique sounds of nocturnal wildlife. Return to the Lodge for a restful night.

GRAY AND PINK DOLPHINS - YAGUAS INDIGENOUS TRIBE

Iquitos Amazon Region - Rise early to witness the breathtaking sunrise and observe the diverse exotic birds of the Amazon basin.
Following breakfast, visit the Animal Rescue Center to encounter various species such as sloths, monkeys, anacondas, macaws, toucans, and more.
Visit the Amazon trapiche to extract sugar cane juice and sample the unique drinks of the Amazon jungle. Then, board a traditional boat to search for the gray and pink dolphins.
Enjoy a traditional lunch, followed by a boat trip for the renowned Piranha fishing and other river fish species. Observe the Amazon sunset before returning to the Lodge for a delicious dinner and a good night’s sleep.

YAGUAS TRIBE – IQUITOS

Iquitos Amazon Region - After breakfast, embark on a botanical walk to see giant trees and learn about medicinal plants, lianas, and the diverse flora and fauna of the Amazon jungle.
Visit the YAGUAS indigenous tribe to engage with them and learn about their culture, including their hunting tools like the blowgun.
After lunch, return to the city of Iquitos, with an estimated arrival time of 5:30 pm.
