Colca Canyon - The journey begins with a hotel pick-up between 3:00 and 3:30 AM, followed by a three-hour drive to Chivay. A simple breakfast of bread, butter, jam, tea, mate, and coffee will be served. The trip continues to the Condor Cross Viewpoint, where there will be a 30-minute stop to observe the condors. After lunch, the trek proceeds to the village of Sangalle, passing through the quaint towns of Cosñirhua and Malata. Sangalle, an oasis at 1,900 meters, marks the deepest point of the trek. Upon arrival, dinner will be served, and guests can unwind in the naturally fed pools. The meal typically includes vegetable soup, pasta, and tea. Overnight accommodation is provided in shared bamboo bungalows in Sangalle. The Condor Cross Viewpoint offers a 30-minute opportunity to gaze into the depths of the Colca Canyon and spot condors soaring above.

Yanque Thermal Bath

Yanque - The day starts at 5:00 AM with a trek out of the canyon to Cabanaconde. A simple breakfast of bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, and mate will be enjoyed here. Following breakfast, the drive back to Chivay includes several stops to explore pre-Incan and Incan terraces, colonial towns, and scenic views. The final stop is at the Yanque hot springs, where there will be an hour to relax in the hot baths. Afterward, lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant in Chivay before heading back to Arequipa. The return journey descends from 4,830 meters to 2,325 meters, with a few stops in the National Reserve of Aguada Blanca along the way.

On the first day, participants will trek for 6 hours, navigating both uphill and downhill paths, with a one-hour lunch break. The second day involves a 3-hour uphill trek. Hikers will rise early on the second day to embark on the final 3-hour ascent out of the canyon.
