• Playa Roja - This beach was formed due to volcanic activity, where ancient eruptions impacted the Pacific Ocean, resulting in a unique clay type that gives the sand its distinctive orange to reddish hue.
• La Catedral - The Cathedral is a renowned rock formation sculpted by the sea and wind’s erosion over time. Its concave shape is reminiscent of cathedral domes.

Your schedule is as follows:

• 9:00 am: Departure from your nearby hotel in Paracas.
• 9:20 am: Explore the information center at the Paracas National Reserve, guided by local biologists.
• 9:40 am: Enjoy a brief hike to observe flamingos.
• 10:00 am: Journey to the stunning rock formation known as the Cathedral.
• 10:45 am: Travel along the coastline to the highest peak in the Paracas Peninsula (Isthmus of the Paracas Peninsula).
• 11:00 am: Stop at Red Beach for photographs.
• 11:20 am: Conclude with a visit to the Pink Lagoon, famous for its pink hue due to microorganisms and high salt concentration.
• 12:30 pm: Return to the hotel, marking the end of your excursion.
