Amazing experience. A must do - Such a fabulous experience. So beautiful and we loved learning about your community and way of life. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it. Owen, Ritchie and Alyessia (forgive me if I spelled any names incorrectly) were all so enjoyable to be around. We will have wonderful pictures and memories for many years to come. Love Matt and Jen

Amazing Cultural Experience - If visiting Jamaica this is a must do excursion. I am so glad we decided on this experience over the catamaran tour. We explored the country side and got a real cultural experience . Colwan was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and shared all things about his homeland. Try and get off the resort and have a true authentic experience in Jamaica. Highly recommend the Rasta Safari Cultural Experience!! It is worth every penny and you won't be disappointed.

A great way to see more and learn more about Jamaica and its cultures - We loved the Rasta Safari experience! It is a great way to see more of Jamaica and learn some history and see the culture of outlying areas away from the beach. Our guides Alicia, Oli, and Ritchie were very nice and very informative. The experience was history, horticulture, and fun all in one. I have to give a BIG shout out to my man Owen! Owen was our driver from our hotel and back. He is a wealth of knowledge, teaching us about culture, history and even geography as he navigated the busy and sometimes rough roads. On our way back he showed us some parts of the area we wouldn't have ever seen. The whole experience of Rasta Safari was great!

Real Rasta experience - I enjoyed the whole trip from pickup I get to ride into the mountains with a real rasta. Stopping to enjoy the views and fresh fruit from a street vendor. Sipping fresh coconut water from a cut coconut and enjoy fresh cut sugar cane is something I will never forget. The very educational tour on the fruits and trees of the property was lovely. Make sure u try the soft sour apple 🍏!I learned a lot during the ganja farm tour. And even jumped into the roaring river. U get to see the fountain of youth and splash the water on your face. The views of the mountains and countryside are to die for.end the tour with a Delicious Rasta vegan meal . U have to do this tour if your are thinking about it, best bang for your buck! Book now

RastaSafari is an amazing glimpse into the real Jamaica! - I gotta hop on here to talk about the excursion we did yesterday! First off it was a long ride from Couples Tower Isle but we knew that and wanted to experience the real Jamaica by having a local driver and learning about the culture! We decided on the Rastasafari Experience ltd. Which is roughly 3hours away so we knew it was a day trip. We wanted to go to Rick’s café after, but we chose to do something less touristy.
Jamaica Local Tours And Excursions was awesome! Shawn came and picked us up at 9am at the resort. We made the ride to the tour all the while admiring the scenery, drove into Montego Bay and kept going. He explained about the culture and told us when to take our phones out for pictures!
When we got to the RastaSafari, we were offered a welcome drink “to keep us warm” which is 63% rum and Boom (their energy drink). Shawn followed along with us for a bit, while the super sweet girl gave us some information about local fruit which we tasted and was so delicious, the water supply (natural spring) and the Snitch plant. Then we took off with our tour guide Chris. We stopped at his place to have some fresh coconut water and local cherries. Then we stopped for some local history, were able to swim in a natural spring, visited a small pot farm where we were educated about the various types and uses for canabis/cbd. Then back to the main area for a vegan lunch.
When we left there, instead of going to Rick’s café, we decided to ask Shawn to take us somewhere he loves to eat. He took us to Tropical Bliss. A place you have to know is there to know it’s there! We had jerk chicken and a Bob Marley! It was devine!
We did not want to come to Jamaica without experiencing Jamaica! And Shawn from Jamaica Local Tour and excursions made our day a memorable day!

Quiet stroll in a village Rastafari - Nice, calm and relaxing walk. I spent a quiet morning in a village of Rastafari knowing interesting places (such as the bar that Bob Marley once visited) with right to a welcome drink , river bath and a vegan meal at the end (which was very good). If you want to get to know another side of Montego Bay (away from resorts and agglomerations) and understand a bit more of Jamaican culture, I suggest this tour (although the price is not of the most inviting). Respect and One love are the motto of the village. It was worth it!!!!!!!
