Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (Flight) - Phakding
Phakding - Begin the day with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 meters) in the morning. Embark on a 6-hour trek to Phakding (2,652 meters).
Phakding is a quaint village in Nepal’s Khumbu region, nestled in the Dudh Kosi river valley, just north of Lukla and south of Monjo, at an elevation of 2,610 meters. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.
Day 2: Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Namche Bazaar - Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters). Enjoy an acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar is a town located in the Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Municipality in the Solukhumbu District of Province No. 1, northeastern Nepal. Situated within the Khumbu area at 3,440 meters at its lowest point, it is built on the sides of a hill. Many Sherpas involved in tourism hail from the Namche area.
Day 3: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Tengboche - Embark on a 7-hour trek to Tengboche (3,860 meters).
Tengboche is a village in the Khumbu Pasanglhamu rural municipality within the Khumbu subregion of Province No. 1 in Nepal, located at 3,867 meters. The village is home to the significant Buddhist monastery, Tengboche Monastery, the largest gompa in the Khumbu region, constructed in 1923.
Day 4: Tengboche to Dingboche
Dingboche - Undertake a 7-hour trek to Dingboche (4,410 meters).
Dingboche is a Sherpa village situated at an altitude of 4,410 meters in the Khumbu region of northeastern Nepal. As of 2011, its population was approximately 200.
Day 5: Dingboche - Acclimatization Day
Dingboche - Spend the day acclimatizing in Dingboche. Engage in short hikes around the area for acclimatization and enjoy a rest day.

Day 6: Dingboche to Lobuche
Lobuche - Embark on an 8-hour trek to Lobuche (4,910 meters).
Lobuche is a small settlement near Mount Everest in Nepal’s Khumbu region. It serves as one of the last overnight stops with lodging on the “trail to base camp,” a route climbers take on their way to Everest Base Camp when attempting an ascent via the standard southeast route.
Day 7: Lobuche to Gorak Shep - Everest Base Camp
Everest Base Camp - Trek to Gorak Shep (5,160 meters) and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters).
Today marks the journey to the final destination, Everest Base Camp.
Day 8: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar - Pheriche
Kala Patthar - Enjoy an early morning hike to Kala Patthar for breathtaking sunrise views. Descend to Pheriche (4,240 meters).
