Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3435m)
Namche Bazaar - Early morning, after breakfast, the trek continues to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar (3435m) via Jorasalle. The trail then ascends slightly to Namche, offering the first glimpse of Everest.
Acclimatize at Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar - Today is a rest day or an opportunity to hike through the villages of Khunde and Khumjung. Khumjung is the largest village in the Khumbu region. After lunch, return to Namche Bazaar.
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame Village (3825m)
Trek from Thame to Lungden (4500m)
Khumbu - After breakfast, the trail leads to Lungden village, the last settlement before crossing Renjo La Pass. Continue the journey to Lungden village, sharing the trail with Tibetan Yak caravans, as it is a trade route from Namche to Tibet.
Trek from Lungden to Gokyo Lakes via Renjo La Pass (4500m)
Gokyo Lakes - After a hearty breakfast in Lungden, the trail leads to Renjo La Pass, one of the easier passes in the Khumbu Himalaya compared to Cho La and Kongma La. The trail is zigzagged with sandy ridges, leading to Gokyo Lakes for an overnight stay at a guesthouse.

Trek from Gokyo Lakes to Dzongla (5414m)
Trek from Dzongla to Lobuche (4990m)
Lobuche - After breakfast, the trek to Lobuche begins. Along the way, enjoy views of Dzongla Lake, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku.
Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5180m)
Gorakshep - Following the rocky moraine path, observe icy glacial ponds and icebergs below the Khumbu glacier. A short downhill walk after the last rocky moraine dunes leads to Gorakshep, located below Kalapathhar (5545m) and Mt. Pumori.
Trek from Gorakshep to Lobuche (4930)
Khumjung - Visiting Everest Base Camp (5380m) takes about 6-7 hours round trip from Gorakshep. During April/May, many tents are set up due to the climbing season. In other months, the main attraction is the view of the Khumbu Icefall. If energy permits, climbing Kalapathhar is recommended. A two-hour downhill walk leads to Lobuche (4900m), conserving energy for the next day’s crossing of Kongma La Pass.
Trek from Lobuche to Dingboche via Kongma La Pass 5540m
Dingboche - After a substantial breakfast in Lobuche, the trail turns towards the Khumbu Glacier to cross Kongma La Pass, then descends to the Sherpa village of Dingboche. Today’s trek lasts about eight to nine hours.
Trek from Dingboche to Tengboche (3890)
Tengboche - After breakfast in Dingboche, the trail passes through villages, Buddhist monasteries, bridges, waterfalls, and Rhododendron Forests to reach Tengboche (3890m) via Orsho, Somare, Pangboche, and Debouche.
Trek from Tengboche to Namche Bazaar
Namche Bazaar - The initial part of the trail goes through Rhododendron and Pine Forests to Fungethaga. The trail then ascends slightly to Namche via Trashing and Sanasa village, offering great views of the Khumbu Himalaya from Sanasa.
Trek from Namche to Lukla
Lukla - The trail descends steeply through Rhododendron and Pine Forests to Jorasalle, taking about two hours, followed by a five-hour walk to Lukla via Monju, Banker, Phakding, Ghats Khola, Chaurikharka, and Chheplung, concluding the trek upon arrival in Lukla.
