Great overview of historic sites - This was a great way to gain an overview of the historic sites at our own pace. We walked on a chilly day with 2 kids under 10 and they were more engaged with the narrative than I expected they would be. We would definitely recommend this for other families with kids who are good walkers.

The tour was very good. Took about 2.5 hours. Took us a while to find parking, that was the only downside. - The tour was very good. Took about 2.5 hours. Took us a while to find parking, that was the only downside.

Weekend trip to Philadelphia - We loved this tour! Loved the ability to pause when we wanted to go inside certain spots, like the Betsy Ross house, The Liberty Bell, and Independence Hall. I definitely prefer this to large group tours. Would highly recommended

My opinion - I liked the fact that I could go at my own pace. Unless you have airbuds, you can’t listen to the commentary on each landmark. It would be good if you could buy them at various places like Ross’s house. Buy them when you buy your ticket.

Perfect way to learn about Philadelphia history at your own pace! - Definitely worth it! Made it easy to go at our own pace. Learned a lot and very helpful to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see! Most interesting area was the old city and the homes there that we might otherwise have missed! Also, because many things were closed due to shutdown we were still able to hear about them. Thank you for a great tour. Great price!

Fun, easy tour - I enjoyed the flexibility of a solo walking tour. However, the guided group tours offered more information. I think this app should offer more stories and more depth. I’d pay more for a deeper experience.

We like the fact that... - We like the fact that it’s self-guided and we can go at our pace and schedule. I find the audio speed is a bit too fast, the information given at the Washington’s presidential residence is too brief. Compared to the excellent Rick Steves’s European city audio tours, there’s some catch up to do.

Audio tour -Historical sights - It was easy to download to the phone. My daughter didn't have internet so she couldn't download -so that her purchase was not necessary. I should have known that. I couldn't pause the audio. My 2 friends decided they didn't want to listen and just wanted me to tell them about the sights after I listened to the audio. Lazy. I'm shaking my head just typing that.

Disappointing - The self-guided tour was uneven at best, with kitschy sound effects, inappropriate banter and loose interpretations of history, especially regarding Benjamin Franklin’s remit to France. The app was also a mess, with unclear navigation and outdated graphics. We should have spent the money on a guided tour instead of this awkward mishmash. Not recommended.

Unable to walk the tour - Unfortunately there was a protest this weekend that completely blocked the historical district. I was unable to view over half of the sites because the area was blocked off. Be sure to check downtown activities before purchasing the tour. Very disappointing.
